We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. The private garden and pool, in particular, provided a place to cool off and relax. The owners are extremely hospitable and child-friendly! The location is fantastic, and you can also take the train to Florence. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Great stay at Alba

We stayed at Alba in mid September and had a great time. The weather wasn’t super warm so we only used the pool once. This is a great place for families and you could spend days enjoying the garden and pool. Location is very quiet, peaceful and private. Would definitely stay again, great hosts. Thank you!

Great host and perfect countryside property

If you're getting a car to explore Tuscany (and you should), this is a wonderful place to stay. The kids (8 and 11) loved playing with the entertainment options in the spacious garden, and we enjoyed living in the beautiful countryside and tranquility for a few days. The host lives in a separate house on the property. He welcomed us warmly, and let us know how to find him if we needed anything.

The most relaxing place to be

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The owner takes care of ever detail. He is available at any time. He is very helpful and kind. He makes us feel welcomed. The Amenities of the house were great. Nice pool and lots of space on the backyard for my kids to play. We loved our stay. Would definitely come back.

Bellissima struttura in un punto dove puoi rilassarti,molto silenziosa. Padroni di casa molto gentili si vede che tengono alla loro proprietà e a far stare bene le persone che vanno a soggiornare li. L'unica pecca se devo trovare un difetto è che la casa si trova al piano rialzato e nn con uscita diretta al giardino ma cmq vivibile e pratica

Hébergement paisible

La maison de Paolo est isolée, il faut une voiture pour y accéder, mais l’endroit est très calme et paisible. La maison dispose de tout ce qu’on peut avoir besoin pendant les vacances. La piscine et la climatisation étaient très appréciées pendant la canicule. Paolo et sa femme s’occupent de la piscine et des poubelles tous les jours pou que tout reste propre. Ils sont très sympathiques et discrets. Je recommande vivement la maison de Paolo!!

Parfait

Logement impeccable, très bien situé pour découvrir le nord de la Toscane. Les petits enfants ont été ravis et ont profité au maximum de la piscine et du jardin. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Paolo et Maria, des hôtes soucieux de faire au mieux. Nous reviendrons.

Propriétaire ne parlant pas anglais ni italien, mais habitué à recevoir ses hôtes, et à trouver des solutions pour que l'on puisse se comprendre, très agréable, et très serviables. Logement très propre, avec toutes ses commodités. Petits gâteaux / eau dans le frigo et tout ce qu'il faut pour débuter le séjour ...

Parfait !

Nous avons été accueilli avec tant de gentillesse et bienveillance par Paolo et Maria ! Nous avons loué deux semaines dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour visiter toutes les richesses naturelles et culturelles de la Toscane, avec la gare à 10minutes. Maison sur une colline, au calme au milieu des oliviers avec vue apaisante sur San Miniato au loin. Logement "comme à la maison" où l'on se sent bien, impeccable, rien ne manque et le jardin avec piscine est idéal pour se reposer et profiter des moments heureux en famille. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et entretiennent chaque jour les lieux avec discrétion. Pour résumer, location parfaite idéalement située. Un grand merci à Paolo et Maria, nous reviendrons ! E certo ;-)

Le logement, impeccable et au calme, correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La situation permet de découvrir la Toscane, de Florence à Sienne et au-delà. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Paolo qui s'est toujours montré disponible pour nous. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait de trouver de l'eau fraîche et des glaces à notre arrivée. Veramente ottimo

Un appartamento molto ben disposto , pulito ed arredato in maniera molto curata. La cucina e' molto ben attrezzata, con stoviglie in ottimo stato, forno e microonde puliti e funzionanti, ci hanno fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione ed altre cose che per due giorni non vale la pena di comprare ( vari tipi di te', olio sale, caffe', marmellate, fette biscottate ecc...), proprietari molto cordiali. Panorama fantastico, bel giardino. Abbiamo gia' prenotato per tornare.

Nonostante i disagi trovati in autostrada l'arrivo ha fatto dimenticare tutto. Bella casa , pulitissima e Paolo ottimo padrone di casa . Torneremo sicuramente.

Vous y serez comme chez vous !

Nous avons séjourné ici du 6 au 20 août 2017 et nous vous conseillons vivement d'en faire autant. Paolo et son épouse sont des gens adorables qui, sans même pouvoir échanger dans notre langue (en anglais non plus), ne sauront quoi faire afin de vous rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. La location est très propre, en parfait état, au calme avec une vue panoramique sur les collines toscanes. Une grande piscine circulaire trône au milieu du jardin agrémenté de bains de soleil et d'un hamac placé sous les oliviers... A 20 kilomètres de Florence, 60 de la mer, ce gîte est vraiment celui qu'il vous faut !

ideaal appartement op een goede locatie

We (ouders + 2 tieners) hebben een leuk verblijf gehad in het appartement. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ondanks de taalbarrière verstonden we elkaar toch. Alles maar dan ook alles is aanwezig. Het appartement was heel proper. Ook het zwembad is heel goed onderhouden en lijkt net uit zijn verpakking te zijn gekomen, speelgoed voor de kinderen is aanwezig. Het is een zeer goede locatie om Firenze (met de trein bezocht), Pisa en Siena (met de auto gedaan maar kan ook per trein) te bezoeken. ESTANCIA INOLVIDABLE

No tenemos palabras para describir lo maravillosamente bien que nos atendieron Paolo y María. Fue una estancia genial gracias a su amabilidad y ayuda. Desde el primer día, nos ayudaron y recomendaron sitios, que sin duda fueron de los mejores consejos. Cada mañana nos esperaban a que nos fuéramos para aconsejarnos, y preguntarnos que tal todo. Una atención muy muy personal. A parte de esto, el apartamento muy bien cuidado, y muy nuevo, con unas instalaciones para ti solo... dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra para dos personas con dos camas, la cocina estilo americano con un pequeño espacio para la mesa y el sofá. En el exterior una barbacoa, muy recomendable de hacer para cenar: carne o pescado y una piscina, y mini campo de volley. La verdad que nos sorprendió muy gratamente. La tranquilidad del lugar fue de lo mejor. Muchas gracias por todo!

The place is nice, clean, well kept and small details covered, to the point we could get small things we needed. The owners live next door and are very nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was a treat in the middle of July and La Toscana pure gold. The place is well located to travel around.

bonjour, je laisse avec plaisir des appréciations pour remercier M. NENCINI Paolo de son accueil et dévouement lors de notre court passage chez lui. la location est parfaite, propre et vraiment bien équipé pour les jeux et activités dans le jardin. malgré la langue nous avons pu communiqué et partagé quelques moments. je vous recommande un séjour chez Paolo. tout simplement Merci.

De Belles vacances

La réservation s'est très bien passée. Réponses très rapide par mail. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. L'appartement au 1er étage est très propre et bien équipé. Nous avions même à notre disposition : huile d'olive, vinaigre balsamique, sel, poivre, thé, Chocolat... serviette de toilette en quantité et Papier toilette. Et les lits étaient faits. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Nous avons eu une semaine très chaude donc la piscine était la bienvenue (40° lors de notre visite à Florence !). L'appartement est bien situé et facile d'accès. Nous avons pu visiter : Pise, Florence, Sienne (superbe !), San Giminiano et Vinci (la ville de Léonard : nous sommes restés sur notre faim). Nous avons eu très chaud la nuit, même s'il y a un ventilateur dans chaque pièce. Le petit plus serait d'avoir la clim ou des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Nous sommes très contents de nos vacances.

Come stare in famiglia

Il posto è spazioso,calmo e lontano dai disturbi urbani inoltre la casa è davvero accogliente e comoda,con qualunque cosa a disposizione. Il proprietario gentilissimo e davvero alla mano,disponibile anche per la più piccola sciocchezza,insomma,un posto immerso nel verde e nella pace,dove rilassarsi senza problemi,un posto che raccomando caldamente e dove spero di ritornare presto!

Très bon séjour

Accueil très sympathique par la famille. L'appartement est très bien équipé et vraiment spacieux et propre. Jardin et piscine fort agréable.La situation géographique est centrale pour visiter les villes de la Toscane.... Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans cette location avec nos deux filles de 7 et 10 ans. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Au coeur de la Toscane

L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux, nous nous sommes bien compris malgré la barrière de la langue. Le gîte était propre, spacieux et fonctionnel mais le meilleur est à l'extérieur: piscine, jeux, hamac, chaises longues, terrasse couverte, barbecue, jolie vue... rien ne manque pour un séjour qui aurait pu être reposant si nous n'avions pas tant bougé ! En effet, Podere San Pierino est très bien situé pour visiter les plus beaux endroits de la Toscane. Seuls petits inconvénients : les moustiques et les chiens qui aboient parfois la nuit mais c'est normal: c'est la campagne ! Bref nous recommandons avec plaisir le gîte "l'Alba" de la famille Nencini. Jean-Luc
