Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Heidi's. She was unable to meet me personally for check in, but was very communicative and had a trusted friend help me settle in which worked out great for my schedule. The home is clean, comfortable, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, and is very close to bus routes to get around- though it's only about a half hour walk into town (near the Bonlieu centre.) Due to an emergency, I had to cut my visit short by a day, and Heidi was very understanding and accommodating about it, which I appreciate. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because there was no wifi when advertised, and I really could have used it for work. I had to pay for an additional e-sim instead. I would recommend this apartment for a comfortable visit in a beautiful town.

Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier très tranquille et très bien pourvu en commerces de proximité. Appartement agréable mais malheureusement desservi par une disposition en façade et une absence de climatisation qui en rendent le rafraîchissement quasi impossible.

Nous avons passez 15 jours a Annecy, l appartement correspondait bien a nos attentes avec tous les besoins a proximité, parking privé . La proprietaire Heidi est tres sympathique , nous avons visités tout ce dont elle nous a conseillé. Cette année nous avons pu assister a la fete du lac , un feu d artifice magnifique . Nous conseillons fortement d aller passer un sejour la bas, le lac est toujours aussi beau . Nous y retournerons. Sandrine et Joel de la Marne .

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Annecy, appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. La propriétaire est d une très grande gentillesse. Rando vélo baignade ont rythmé nos journées. Sans hésitation nous pourrions relouer cet appartement.
