Excellent holiday at La Bergerie de St Jean

This house is perfect for family and friends groups as there is so much space, an excellent very well equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a large sitting room and 3.5 bathrooms. In our case we were attending a family wedding in nearby Chateau de Miromesnil and combining a summer holiday at the lovely nearby beaches. It is necessary to have a car or cars, in order to enjoy this property and location to its fullest. Nearby Offranville has most facilities required and Dieppe City is only a short distance away. Christian the owner and his wife could not be more helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Amazing stay

A beautiful property in an idyllic location. Very accessible for all needs. Bakery, supermarket, restaurants and leisure facilities all within walking distance. Offranville is a well kept, hidden gem of a town with great links to fab beaches and only 10 mins from Dieppe. Christian (host) goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable and any information/recommendations you need are delivered straight away. Daisy, the resident dog, made our stay even more enjoyable as we have dogs at home and it was lovely to have such a big dog to cuddle. We are so impressed that we are already hoping for a return visit to this house as it’s so conveniently located and we have so much more to explore in the area. The Parc Columbier has a bistro ‘La Terrace Gourmande’ where we hired bikes and had fantastic food. Definitely worth a visit and the owners are very welcoming.

Heerlijk ruim huis, erg gezellig en compleet ingericht, met genoeg ruimte om samen te zijn, maar ook voor de momentjes alleen. Prima sanitair. En met een prachtige tuin, met uitzicht over de velden. Op slechts 5 km van Dieppe.

Toujours aussi bien!

3 ans de suite à la bergerie mais vacances différentes, balades, à pied ou à vélos en famille, très bien située pour découvrir les richesses de la côte. Au calme, propriété magnifique, jardin hyper entretenu, propriétaire aux petits soins… bref on reviendra.

Très bon séjour ensoleillé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une belle maison avec un beau jardin clos. Tout était très fonctionnel. Le temps était exceptionnel pour un mois de février en Normandie. Nous avons donc pu faire des ballades le long de la mer et les enfants ont pu faire du poney au centre équestre d’offranville et chaque journée s’est terminée par un magnifique feu de cheminée !

Geweldige tuin!

Super verblijf gehad in deze woning. Heerlijk ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de tuin was ook geweldig. Veel ruimte! Als ik iets negatiefs zou moeten noemen dan is het de inrichting, maar dat is een kwestie van smaak. We waren met 3 gezinnen en na twee keer douchen kreeg de derde die ging douchen koud water. De ligging van het huis is ook super, op loopafstand van Offranville centrum met supermarkt en 2 bakkers. Op rij afstand van mooie stranden.

Fantastic !!!

Le Petit Manor is a fantastic place to stay. A huge house in huge wonderful gardens, there is everything you could possibly need staying here. The owner Christian is a great host and is on hand if you need anything or any questions about the area. The photos that are shown do NOT do not do this place justice it is more breathtaking on arrival. I would recommend to stay here and would be amazed if you could find any faults. There was 9 of us and our ages ranged from 4yrs to 70 yes.

Très agréable séjour dans un habitat tout confort

Maison très spacieuse et tout confort entourée d'un très vaste jardin. Emplacement très calme. Levé au chant des oiseaux et vue superbe sur l'arrière pays. En bordure de GR et à proximité de la voie verte vers Pourville. Situation idéale à 5 km de la mer (Pourville) et à proximité des commerces locaux. Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. A recommander sans hésitations.

Un endroit exceptionnel

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner en famille au "Petit manoir" à deux reprises, fin octobre 2016 et récemment en février 2017. Je tiens d'abord à souligner la très grande qualité de l’accueil des propriétaires. M.et Mme Beck traitent leurs hôtes comme des invités et font preuve à leur égard d'une prévenance et d'une attention remarquables. A chacun de mes deux séjours, sept personnes appartenant à quatre générations ont agréablement cohabité dans cette vaste et confortable demeure. La maison dépasse la description fournie. On s'y sent très vite "chez soi". Récente, construite de façon traditionnelle, elle dispose d'un grand terrain en lisière d'Offranville, dans un endroit très calme mais proche des différents commerces du bourg. Parfaitement chauffée, elle est dotée de tous les équipement utiles et de literies très confortables. La proximité de la mer (une dizaine de kilomètres) et les nombreux points d'intérêt de la région fournissent des buts de promenades pour toute la famille. Je recommande cette location sans aucune réserve. J'y suis revenu au bout de trois mois et ne compte pas m'arrêter là !

Superbe endroit familiale

On a passe un tres beau sejour ici dans cette maison spacieux. La maison est ideale pour un groupe, table familiale a cote d'un grand feu, maison tres bien equipe et tres propre, jardin spacieux pour les enfants, vraiment adorable. A recommander!!

Ruhig, sauber, nette Vermieter- einfach perfekt

Eine sehr seltene Gelegenheit im historischen Haus mit den modernen Annehmlichkeiten Urlaub machen zu können. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie , Schwester, Schwager, Kind und Großeltern dort und man hat dennoch Platz genug, sich aus dem Wege zu gehen. Sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Es fährt kein einziges Auto vor dem Haus - sehr gut wegen der Kinder. Dann dazu der riesige Garten, fast schon ein Park. Sehr moderne Küche , Badezimmer, Heizung, WLAN. Nicht weit vom Meer. Zu Fuß morgens Brötchen holen oder einkaufen gehen. Dieses Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Und dann noch die besonders netten Vermieter, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Besuch für eine Nacht?- kein Problem. Angeln? Klar. Kommen sie mit, ich zeig ihnen eine super-Stelle. Kinderbett? Sofort! Stand 2 Stunden später da! Nochmals ein Riesen - Dankeschön an Familie Beck!! Natur pur. Nachts hört man nicht ein Geräusch! Einfach ein Traum ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Highly recommended, our best ever holiday house

The house is newly built with every convenience, in a traditional style with a high standard of craftmanship. It is very spacious and comfortable indoors, a home from home, well stocked with kitchen equipment, books, games, music, dvds, TVs, cinema room and fast wifi. The garden is huge and ideal for children and games. It is in a quiet, peaceful setting on the edge of an attractive village, a short walk to the shops and very close to an excellent new cycle path going to the beach and far inland. There is lots to do nearby including beaches, gardens, chateaux, with Dieppe and Rouen easily accessible. The hosts are very helpful and generous, speak excellent English and made us most welcome. A perfect house for 3 generations in a family.

Erholung und Ruhe im Traumhaus

Wir fanden ein komplett eingerichtetes, großzügiges und sehr gepflegtes Urlaubsdomizil. Alle Wohnräume waren von den Besitzern mit ihrem eigenen Molbiliar geschmackvoll eingerichten und in dem riesigen Garten fanden wir Ruhe und Erholung. Von den Eigentümern wurden wir freundschaftlich aufgenommen, wir erhielten gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants Im nahe gelegenen Ortszentrum finden sich alle notwendigen Geschäfte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Petit Manoir plein de charme près de tout et parfaitement entretenu. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et de très bon conseil quand aux endroits gastronomiques et stratégiques de la région. Le soleil et les pots de confiture-maison, divins, étaient en plus de la partie. Franchement à recommander !! Prachtige woning met alle comfort in klassieke sti

Met 2 gezinnen (6 kids) hebben wij met veel plezier een week doorgebracht nabij de Normandische kust. Prima ligging. Huis is 5 jaar geleden gebouwd met oude materialen en derhalve voorzien van modern comfort. Sfeervol van binnen en royaal buiten. Zeer aardige eigenaren nabij hebben het huis met zorg en aandacht gebouwd. Aanrader!

Pour vivre heureux, vivons caché au "Petit Manoir"

Nous cherchions une belle région , un lieu calme mais bien situé pour faire des randonnées à vélo ou pédestres et une demeure agréable pour passer notre semaine de vacances en famille. Cela fut un enchantement pour chacun de nous sur tous ces points. La côté est très belle avec ses falaises, la région authentique et les gens très aimables . Et "Le petit manoir" porte bien son nom. C'est une maison où l' on se sent tout de suite très bien, très lumineuse entourée d' un magnifique et très agréable jardin . Tout est pensé pour passer un moment de détente même lorsque la météo n'est pas de la partie (Home cinéma, coins lecture..) Merci aux propriétaires à la fois serviables et discrets, de nous avoir si gentiment conseillés sur les différentes options de sorties aussi bien touristiques que culinaires. Adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain séjour. Pour info : possibilité de louer des vélos à Offranville à la "halte verte" (Ancienne Gare de la ville) Valérie & Vincent

très beau souvenir de séjour

Cette propriété, qui réunit une très belle maison et un jardin magnifique, possède un charme rare. Le lien étroit entre la maison et le jardin se découvre dans chacune des pièces, offrant une grande diversité de vue, plus charmantes les unes que les autres. La maison, décorée avec goût, est très spacieuse et garde toutefois un caractère cosy. On y goûte le charme des matériaux et meubles anciens ainsi que le confort des équipements modernes. L’ensemble est très soigné et très bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes prévenants et accueillants. Nous y avons séjourné plusieurs semaines, appréciant chacun des moments passés dans ce petit coin de paradis.” Françoise et Marc Meyer, et leurs enfants.
