Small charming house, REFRESHED IN APRIL 2014 / Swimming pool installed in April 2016, in the magnificent Luberon region, ideal for holidays with family or couples, very friendly and well laid out. The small swimming pool (2,5x4m) is located due south, on the ground floor with the terrace, (secured by a bar cover) enjoying a superb view of the Luberon mountains. Private house in a quiet enclosed area on the heights of the village, close to all facilities, in a typically Provencal setting.

Located in the hinterland, less than 10 km from Forcalquier, the villa is ideally located in the center of Provence and its many nearby sites of interest:
- the typical villages of the Forcalquier country: Dauphin (- 1km), Mane (4 km), Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire, Banon, Lurs, Ganagobie promontory
- the famous villages of Lubéron: Apt, Gordes, Isles-sur-la-sorgue, Lacoste, Lourmarin, Colorado Provencal in Rustrel)
-The sublime Gorges du Verdon: Lake Esparron (25 km), Lake Sainte-Croix via the typical village of Moustier-Sainte-Marie (50 km) and many activities in the gorges (Kayak, rafting, canyoning , paragliding, climbing, hiking ...)
- the country of Avignon: the city of Avignon and its famous papal palace, Vaucluse fountain, Les Baux-de-Provence ...

Emplacement idéal, au calme avec une circulation restreinte aux voisinage, bon équipements général.Point d’amélioration :Clôture à mettre en place avec portillon au niveau des escaliers d’accès pour plus de sécurité (risque de chute des enfants et fugue des animaux de compagnie).Un lave linge serait un vrai plus Michèle et Jean-Luc, en charges des accueils et des départs, nous ont très bien accueilli se sont des personnes très agréables, serviables et disponibles.Nous envisageons de relouer ce bien l’année prochaine

Endroit très calme et reposant !La maison est correcte, s’il y avait la climatisation et le wifi ce serait top ! Car en cas de canicule, le soir c’est compliqué car il fait très chaud dans la maison ! Avis donc au proprio !

Urlaub Saint Maime

Der Gesamteintrug des Objektes entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Gestört hatte mich, dass vermutlich vom Vorgänger Gewürze, halbvolle Flaschen und sonstiges Utensiel noch vorhanden waren. Vermisst haben wir eine Klimaanlage, da sich das Haus bis zum Abend im Innenraum auf ca. 27 Grad erwärmte. Desweiteren ist in der heutigen Zeit auch WLAN ( Wifi )kein Luxus mehr. Dieses war leider nicht vorhanden, so das wir unser Datenvolumen voll aufbrauchen mussten. Pool und Lage des Objektes sind wie beschrieben sehr gut. Auch die Lage ist optimal. Der Hund, welcher laut anderen Bewertungen ständig bellt, ist nicht tragenswert. Es war nur zu Beginn, bis er sich an uns gewöhnte, dies ist aber normal. Alles in allem, es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Nettes Haus - gut gelegen um den Luberon zu erkunden

Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Garten dürfte liebevoller gestaltet sein, aber sonst ein guter Ort, um aktive Ferien zu machen.

Bon séjour, mais ...

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Superbe location, très agréable. Relativement bien située, c'était ce que nous recherchions. Les équipements du logement ont été particulièrement appréciés. Ravie de voir qu'il y avait un micro-onde et une Senseo (pas précisé dans l'annonce). En revanche : - Petite déception de voir en arrivant que le terrain n'était pas totalement clôturé (surtout quand nous avons un chien). - Les chiens des voisins très souvent dehors, empêchent d'être totalement "tranquille", car ils aboient lorsque vous êtes à l'extérieur. Le voisin s'est même permis de regarder à travers le grillage. Ce point n'est heureusement pas de la faute de l'hôte.

La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos de l’annonce. Elle est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. L’espace extérieur avec la piscine, très bien exposé, est très agréable.

La présence de 2 chiens juste à côté peut être négatif si les locataires ne sont pas avertis

Jolie petite maison agréable et très tranquille (si l'on met à part les aboiements des chiens du quartier) Le propriétaire devrait revoir des choses toutes pratiques à réparer correctement ! Un peu réparation bricole !!! Refixer toutes les tringles à rideaux, rideau de la douche prêt à tomber, fixation bâche de la piscine, fixer encadrement en bois de la piscine danger de coupure si des enfants jouent, réparer la porte du congélateur etc .. A améliorer : Un accès wifi serait un plus pour les locataires étranger. Quand vous rechercher des itinéraires de balades, des lieux à visiter ou des restaurants par exemple, une connexion wifi devient dans les habitudes d'aujourd'hui.

Maison de vacances agréable et confortable, piscine appréciable sous le soleil, on avait pris les vélos, mais beaucoup de côtes dans la région! Petit défaut: il n'y a pas beaucoup de rangement pour les vêtements. .et je trouve un peu cher les 40€ de frais de ménage!

Propriétaires et point de contact sur place très sympas Maison superbement décorée et équipée. L'endroit est calme mais pas perdu (lotissement sympa). Proximité de Forcalquier (10 min) de son tourisme, des magasins et de ses restaurants (AIGO BLANCO à recommander) Beaucoup de possibilités de visites et de promenades sans faire trop de kilomètres. Proximité de la montagne de Lure (1.800m) et ses panoramas. Routes d'accès faciles. Bref un séjour super et à recommander
