This warm, spacious and practical villa contains a big part of 60 m2 including lounge with fireplace, dining room and American-style kitchen, about two bedrooms 20 m2 each with shower-room, one toilets separated and a studio of 30 m2 adjacent with shower-room and toilets. The house and the studio are separated by a big terrace with a very pleasant barbecue to eat outside. And in front of the house: the private and secure swimming pool.

Here is our family home. We suggest you to rent it for a wonderful holiday. It is in a protected aera, 10.000 m2 of land, surrounded by pine trees, oaks and oleanders. Nearby Gulf of Saint-Tropez, you can enjoy the Massif des Maures to go trekking or cycling, enjoy the sea, visit many attractions or just stay at the large pool and enjoy one of the housing estate's free tennis court.
