Rent 'VILLA TERRE-BRULEE' in the heart of a beautiful tourist region on a property of 2350 m2 with 5 bedrooms, Pool-house (summer kitchen, bathroom, toilet) SWIMMING POOL (closed from October 1 to May 1), parking and garden. It is located near the village of Ceyreste, near La Ciotat, Cassis and the Calanques National Park.

The ADVANTAGES of "Villa Terre-Brûlée":
It offers a beautiful view of the bay of La Ciotat, elected MOST BEAUTIFUL BAY IN THE WORLD 2019!
The villa is typically Provencal, built on a large plot (2350 m²) planted with Mediterranean species such as olive trees, oleanders or pines.
The totally secure swimming pool, the large private and closed car park, the enclosed grounds, the calm of the residential area, the bowling green, the corners fitted out for rest, beautiful shaded terraces await you for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.

Located due south, it accommodates 8 to 10 people and consists of 4 double bedrooms, a dining room, an independent living room, an independent equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, 2 large terraces with sea view and garden furniture.
Possibility of a 5th bedroom for 2 people by transforming the living room, independent room, (Clic-clac 130 x 190) into a bedroom, with sea view.
The private swimming pool, bordered by a paved beach, is in operation from mid-April to the end of September and is completely secure. It adjoins a terrace facing the sea, among pines and olive trees. It has a solar shower and a self-cleaning robot.
For amateurs, a shaded and finely sanded boules court awaits you (boules provided).

"Villa Terre-Brûlée" is located at the end of a dead end and enjoys great calm and a clear view of the sea. You can enjoy it by sitting on the terraces (24 and 28 m2) with lounge areas. garden in the middle of the cicadas or by sharing a game of pétanque on the finely sanded boules ground, in the shade of the pines. A nearby stone lounge will allow you to have an aperitif or have a barbecue lunch.
A gravelled esplanade inside the garden makes it possible to park several vehicles easily and safely.

The hiking trails start a few meters from the villa and allow you to indulge in the joys of walking, mountain biking or the simple pleasure of admiring magnificent views over the bay of La Ciotat.

Close to the village of Ceyreste but independent and very quiet, the house is a haven of peace.
Come as a couple, with friends or family and whatever the season to enjoy this art of living that is only found in Provence, made up of idleness, games of boules, meals under the stars and swimming refreshing.

We had a great stay, enough space for 3 small families. The outdoor kitchen and space was amazing and we had a lovely time playing in the pool. Not enough toilet paper or dishwasher tablets for our stay which was disappointing. But overall we had an excellent time and would recommend!

Vacances délicieuses

Nous étions en famille , 10 personnes , la plus jeune de 15 ans , aucun problème d'intendance, dans une maison où TOUT a été fait pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers .Demandez ce que vous voulez , vous le trouverez . On y a organisé le réveillon du 24/12 , le repas de Noël , un anniversaire, il y a même des bougies pour le gâteau dans un tiroir , des rouleaux de rubans de plusieurs couleurs pour les cadeaux ...des tables , des chaises à profusion , et de la vaisselle ... On fait des locations plusieurs fois par an depuis 30 ans , on a jamais vu une maison aussi accueillante et aussi bien agencée. L'endroit est très très calme ,un très grand jardin , un terrain de boule ( on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine , on était quand même en hiver ), la maison est tout près de la garrigue (50 mètres) avec un vallon digne des films de Pagnol, une vue sur La Ciotat et le Bec d'Aigle . .Nous avons séjourné de Noël au premier janvier , avec des températures très agréables (apéritif du réveillon de Noël et petit-déjeuner du 01/01 en terrasse !!) Bref des vacances de rêve , dans une maison qui doit ressembler à leurs propriétaires , tellement à l'écoute des autres ,amis vacanciers je crois qu'on a trouvé la MAISON du BONHEUR , et là pas question de garder l'adresse que pour nous , heureux ceux qui en profiterons . Merci , merci à nos hôtes, on attaque l''année 2016 , avec une grande envie de VIVRE , Bonne et heureuse Année à tous.

Charme provençal

Dans un cadre enchanteur avec vue sur la mer et au coeur de la colline provençale, nous avons passé une semaine en famille exceptionnelle. Dans cette belle villa tout est bien pensé, pour les petits comme pour les grands : le terrain de boules, la piscine entièrement sécurisée, les terrasses ombragées pour se reposer. La plage, les calanques, le port de La Ciotat et les balades dans la garrigue sont à deux pas ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Les plaisirs de la Provence

Tout dans cette maison nous a ravi. La propreté impeccable, la vue sur la mer, les terrasses permettant de se détendre au son des cigales, le jeu de boules et surtout, ce cadre enchanteur dans la colline, sous la pinède. Les commerces, les restaurants, les balades, les plages, tout est à deux pas. Nous avons adoré!
