3 weeks vacation - from 20.5.23

We can really recommend the house. The owners couple are extremely kind and warm people and are very eager to fulfill wishes and requests quickly and as best as possible. Already in the communication with them before the vacation you noticed that you are very welcome. The reception on site was so warm that we immediately felt at home. What we particularly liked: The location is unique. From the pool area it is still 50m to the sea. The view from the dining table on the terrace directly over the sea with the lush garden is just fantastic. And you have everything in the house, what you need for a pleasant vacation, even Netflix is offered on the TV, but we have used in 3 weeks only once - It is much nicer to lie on the upper terrace and enjoy the sunset. What you need to know: The neighboring house to the left is built quite close. Conversations can be heard well from there, especially when larger groups or children are on the terrace. Fortunately, this was only briefly the case during our stay. Overall, it was extremely quiet, except for wind, waves and the birdlife you hear virtually nothing. The house is partly a bit in the years, a certain wear and tear can be discovered in places. We can recommend the nearby restaurant "Il ragno blu", it can be reached on foot in 10-15min. Conclusion: We would definitely rent the house again, it is worth its booking price for us.

Spectacular property by the beach

Our vacation at this property was a dream come true! The location and proximity to the beach was the reason we chose this house and we are so happy we did! Everything was perfect: the house, the pool, communication with the host, the quiet, small beach and the mountains surrounding it. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Tolles Haus am Hang mitten in einem wunderschönen, eingewachsenen Garten. Haus ist zwar älter aber gut geplegt. Toller Blick von der schattigen Terasse auf die schöne Bucht und das Meer. Sehr großer Pool, der regelmäßig gewartet wird. 20 Schritte vom Gartentor bis zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser, Fischen und hübschen Steinen. Nicoletta und ihr Mann waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Belle villa les pieds dans l’eau avec piscine

Très belle villa avec piscine dans la baie de Santa Caterina à quelques pas de la plage. La villa reposant sur une colline, il y a différents étages et de très nombreux escaliers : le parking en haut, puis l’espace principal, un premier jardin, puis l’espace piscine très bien agencé avec barbecue et petite cuisine et enfin l’accès direct à la plage 20 mètres. Par contre sachez que vous devez trier tout vos déchets !!! Afin d’éviter de mauvaises surprises, demander le calendrier journalier. Déchets Umido, cartons, aluminium, verres, plastiques, … A part ça. C’est une situation et un bien exceptionnel
