This new family villa is located at the foot of Carroux, 5 minutes from the river and 20 minutes from the sea. It is spacious with its living room of 55m2 and its semi-open kitchen of 17m2. The rooms are spacious and bright.
1st bedroom of 22m2 with a 160 * 200 bed, shower room and dressing room (television)
2nd bedroom of 14m2 with 160 * 190 bed (television)
3rd bedroom of 14m2 with 140 * 190 bed (television)

It's 3 bedrooms have a bathroom of 11m2 with shower, round bathtub of 150cm in diameter and 2 basins, as well as an independent wc.
You can enjoy its large terrace and barbecue.

Wunderbare Ferienvilla mit viel Liebe zum Detail perfekt eingerichtet. Sehr schöner Pool und sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgebende. Delphine hat alle Fragen ganz schnell beantwortet und stand uns mit Vorschlägen und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe immer zur Verfügung. Un super séjour passé à la maison de Delphine et David. 2 wunderschöne Wochen

Wir waren zu fünft, zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Unterkunft von Delphine verbracht, das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war viel schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Delphine und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt, was man beides fussläufig in 5Minuten erreichen kann.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die Mieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber. Für Kinder ist das Haus nur zur empfehlen, keine Stufen oder Treppen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu bemengeln wäre nur die fehlende Klimaanlage. Ansonsten würde ich das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Semaine parfaite !

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 7 et nous avons passé une semaine parfaite. Les espaces communs sont très agréables, mais on peut aussi s’isoler un peu à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. L’espace jardin/piscine est magnifique, parfait pour le « Farniente » même à avec des températures très élevées. Merci à Delphine et David pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité avec laquelle ils nous accueillent.

Villa au top , meublee et decoree avec beaucoup de gout, aussi bien a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur. La maison est tres fonctionnelle, la piscine et le jardin magnifiques, la vue imprenable sur les environs, sans vis a vis. Nous avons ete accueillis par Delphine et toute sa famille de facon tres chaleureuse, ils ont pris le temps de nous donner toutes les explications nécessaires sur la maison et les choses a faire pendant notre séjour et sont restés tres disponibles tout au long du sejour. Vacances parfaites !

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite ! La maison est au top, les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine est très sympathique ! Un extérieur très apprécié avec les transats, hamac, fauteuils, barbecue... ! Le logement est parfaitement équipé pour 8 adultes, sans aucun problème. Il est très bien aménagé! Petit classeur avec toutes les infos utiles, très pratique. Quartier calme et très agréable. David et Delphine sont des hôtes forts sympathiques, une excellente communication et aux petits soins pour leurs invités. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Bonne continuation :)

Une belle semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine à 2 familles (4 adultes et 2 enfants) dans la maison qui est très fonctionnelle et bien aménagée dans un quartier très calme. La piscine est très sympa et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace salon dehors. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable : accueil, conseil, réactivité si questions,.... Bref, une valeur sûre que nous conseillons.
