Great location makes it easily accessible to Old Town, downtown Scottsdale, the airport, and the highways. .

Huge public walking and biking path surrounding the golf course and is only one block away. Close to several beautiful parks and Scottsdale Civic Center Plaza that hosts many art and music festivals.

Flat screen TVs in living room and MBR.

Private back patio and community pool just a few doors down. Very close to Continental Golf Course (public).

Washer and dryer in the unit should you need to do some laundry.

Sleeps up to 6 people. Queen size self-inflating mattress is provided that comfortably sleeps two extra people.

The Old Town Trolley service is both free and fun. There are golf carts that will pick you up and take you where you need to go in Old Town for tips. Discount Cab as well as Uber are available for convenient transportation to and from the airport.

If you have a car, there is convenient and free on-street parking in front of the unit.

Great stay in South Scottsdale month of February

We enjoyed our month long stay. The location is so close to shopping and well known restaurants. We also discovered a few excellent very small restaurants in the neighborhood.The covered parking right at the patio gate was so convenient. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. So close to the 101makes for fast and easy travel to other areas. I can't wait until next winter to spend some time in Scottsdale.

Charming ‘western decor’ with a homey atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Location was perfect to get to Old Town’ or to the 101 loop, airport only 15 minutes away.

Cute, Clean and serviceable. When asked about the WIFI, they said they were working to resolve, but that never happened. No Cable. Neighborhood pool is not worth a visit. Location excellent. A coffee maker and toaster would have been nice to use.

Nice condo! Great location, particularly to see Giants spring training game!

This is a nice condo in a great location. All the needed items were there including some extra foldaway beds which was great for our group of four men. Since we had sports fans in our group, we would have liked cable TV with ESPN (and/or wifi).

Great little condo in Scottsdale

This is a very nice and clean condo in Scottsdale. The place comes fully furnished with just about everything you could possibly need for a vacation. It is tastefully decorated and feels like a home away from home. It is conveniently located within 1 mile of just about everything in old town Scottsdale. We went for a Spring Training trip and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to Scottsdale stadium and downtown. We didn't have to rent a car because the location was so convenient. My only minor complaints would be that there is no wifi or cable tv (at least one or the other would be nice) and the hot water in the shower had a regulator on it and it never quite got hot enough for my liking. All in all I would highly recommend this place because it is clean, comfortable, and has a great location.

Wonderful condo

Would definitely stay here again. Right in the heart of Scottsdale and everywhere we took an Uber was 7 minutes away. The condo was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend stay.

Dave's place was in a great location as we could walk to grab a drink or food whenever we wanted to leave the house. It was also a quick 15 min uber drive to TPC Scottsdale where we went twice for the Open. The place is a little dated as there was no wi fi or cable and the shower temperature wasn't very hot. Dave was very nice to ship a couple things though we left behind and was always quick to respond to any questions. Decent place, great location, and cool owner.

Took a chance, but was pleasantly surprised!

The place was in a great location for price point(very reasonable and affordable), walking distance to oldtown(10 to 15mins), Scottsdale, entertainment district, shopping, restaurants. Easy access and parking to place. Clean, cozy, roomy, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious for about 4 people, although you could easily sleep 6 with the extra cot, couch etc. Laundry was a bonus and owner was kind enough to provide us with Verizion wifi! I would recommend this place anytime especially for affordable price point, clean, roomy and accessible.
