This was an amazing property with a lot of things to do on site. Pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, etc. I took my young nephews and they had a blast!

Absolutely perfect condo! The view from the 10th floor was spectacular. King size bed was very comfortable. My kids loved it so much they made me promise to bring them back to this exact condo! We will be returning for sure.

This condo was perfect for a quick beach getaway. Clean, updated, and exactly as advertised. Loved that it was right on the beach, and the 10th floor made for great mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise! Great proximity to anything that you need and more. Kathy was prompt and direct with communication and made the process easy. Would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. The only things I could say was the bed wasn't real comfortable and the kitchen could have been better stocked but thats a personal preference. All in all it was a good condo. The view was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was just as described, clean, beautiful views, easy access to the beach, very nice indoor and outdoor pools and plenty of towels and some items to take to the beach. Will be back 100%. We did not have any issues while we there.

Easy beach access and cute and clean place. Wish there was a bar area inside the property, but can always bring your own. Condo was super up to date and very clean.

I'm an experienced owner and so excited to have guests enjoy my favorite place. My renovations are complete and ready to go for Summer 24--the condo is brand new from top to bottom. New kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets . All new appliances, beds and living room furniture. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Why they chose this property

Phoenix VII is close to everything including the Florabama, fine dining, boating, and the Foley Express. It is a newer property with a lovely entrance and needless to say-- the most BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!!

What makes this property unique

Sit outside on the balcony with brand new Polywood furniture and watch the dolphins play in the morning or in the evening watch the sun set with a glass of wine. It just doesn't get any better!!
