Excellent location! Far enough from the beach to be quiet but close enough to walk to beach and surrounding shops, restaurants, etc. Great view off the deck. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen with open floor plan making it a great home for gatherings. Hosts are very welcoming and readily available for any needs. We would definitely stay again next time we visit San Diego.

Lots of space for larger families, very comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of sleeping space too. The hosts have all the smaller things you can think of, beach towels, sunscreen, cleaning supplies, etc. We took advantage of all the beach accessories for a beach day. Great neighborhood with easy parking, multiple vehicles a possibility. Literally 15-20 minutes to all the great places in San Diego! Lastly, the hosts were very friendly and communicative.

My wife and younger adult son were with me when we visited my oldest son who lives right down the street from this location. The house was beautiful. Easy check-in. The owner, Carl, was readily available if we needed anything. No issues with the house. Great location. Plenty of room & well stocked for anything you need, Great view from the deck!! Highly recommended this place. We will certainly stay here again next time we visit.Thank you, Carl!

We were in town for a college graduation and mini family reunion. This home was the perfect size and location for everything we needed and planned to do in town during our trip. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms along with the separation of space provided privacy for each family member. Carl was outstanding in his communications and responsiveness. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday. It was the entire family me and the kids and the grandkids in the house was perfect. The views were amazing plenty of room for everybody in space to spread out.

Easy breezy check-in to this lovely vacation home. We really enjoyed the location. Just a 4 block walk to the beach. The home is up on the hill so gorgeous views! The kitchen was so well-stocked. Beds all comfy and the home was very clean. We appreciated the large dining table for our group of 6 adults. Would definitely book this wonderful property again!

We spend Christmas 2025 with extended family coming from East and West coats. Carl and Vicki's place was perfect for our stay. The location and views are spectacular, the house very comfortable and well appointed and the kitchen equipped to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner.

Great spot in Ocean Beach

We loved this home in OB. It was a fantastic community. The location was also so convenient to downtown, La Jolla, seaport area. The house had everything we needed. Awesome kitchen, cozy beds and super clean.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great visit in San Diego this home is wonderful and met our expectations. Carl communicated quickly with any questions we had. We traveled with our adult children and spouses with a 16 month old. The house had everything we needed for the baby and each couple had their own space and bathroom which made it so nice for all of us. Amazing stay we hope to return.
