MONTEGONFOLI 4, Apartment for 4 adults with amazing views on San Gimignano

Montegonfoli FOUR is one of the seven apartments of "AGRITURISMO MONTEGONFOLI", that is an ancient Farmhouse placed on top of an hill with an amazing view on San Giminano and on Tuscany hills. The farmouse is made of some ancient buildings of the Seventeen century, and it's featured by about 1000 olive trees, 2.6ha of vineyard (Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, both DOCG), 5ha of "fields of gold" and 9ha of amazing forest featured by a small river for "in house" nice excursions and light trekking activities. The town of San Gimignano is very close, 5 minutes by car, and Siena and Florence can be reached very quickly (half an hour), as well as all the other attractions of Tuscany, all in one hour trip (Pisa, Lucca, Chianti, Montalcino, Cortona, etc.) Even Roma city center can be reached in one day trip, Saint Peter church, is at 2,5h from Montegonfoli.

Montegonfoli 4 " FOUR " , is an apartment for four people , very spacious . The inner surface is about 80 square meters , and has a private outdoor area, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. From all the windows and from outer space you can enjoy fantastic views of San Gimignano and the Tuscan hills . The apartment has two entrances , one bathroom for each bedroom to offer a very high privacy within the same apartment between guests of the two bedrooms . The two bathrooms are complete with shower and bidet . Living room, dining room and kitchen , are made up of a large "open space " area on two levels separated by a few steps and a scenic brick arch. The tables , both the internal and external , are for six persons. In the dining room there is a LCD TV with DVB-T reception. Free WiFi is offered through a dedicated repeater that covers almost all of the interiors (just the second bedroom has a weak signal).

The apartment shares with other 6 apartments and double rooms a wonderful pool with view on San Gimignano, barbecue area, a laundry with washing machine and a garden of 23 hectares, with 1000 olive trees, 2,5 Hectares of Vineyards (Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi), a private forest with a table and chairs for "outside picnics" and a small river for "in house" trekking and adventure paths. WiFi is available for free both in the social areas and inside the apartment. In our areas there are several attractions and possible activities. Using a car the possibilities are infinite, in walking distance there are several wineries, two wonderful social restaurants (the closer one at 30 meters), and the next door horse riding school, where every hour start a ride across our vineyards and forests.
