Location second to none...

My wife and I have stayed there for three and a half months during winter months (2018-2019), and we have appreciated that all the important tech stuff (Wi-fi and both TVs) have worked without any glitches. Complex itself has three heated swimming pools, two of these with jacuzzis and saunas, two tennis courts and the nearby city park and the local Cinemark with adjoining restaurants is within short walking distance. Owner John Sinker is pleasant to deal with, so overall it has been a satisfying experience…

Live about 3 hours away from Rancho Mirage. Have enjoyed renting this modest condo out, primarily Canadians, for the past many years. Usually have repeat renters but, medical problems, primarily with my Canadian people, have not allowed them to come this year. I enjoy going to the condo, usually to prepare it for renters (although mot renters say 'we will leave it better than we found it!!) and to make upgrades and improvements.

Why they chose this property

Since we live coastal, we enjoyed going to the Palm Springs area for a nice contrast. We met many visitors, who enjoyed the desert area, and decided to buy as an investment to Rent out. Over the years we have had many very happy renters, usually referrals, who love to come back year after year.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! In the center of the desert between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Short walk to THE RIVER, with restaurants, movie theater, and other restaurants, shopping, park adjacent, and an easy drive to a major shopping mall, Palm Springs, Casinos, entertainment, etc.
