Rome Boutique Apartments, renovated, luxurious, central, near the vatican.

In the heart of the Prati district, renowned for the presence of numerous shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, the apartment is located in an elegant building of the early '900.
Recently renovated by a famous interior designer from Rome consists of two large bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The property includes a large living room with armchairs and sofas, one of which converts into a bed and a breakfast nook kitchen where we wanted to combine the operational part functional with a dining area that recalls the family tradition. Each room is equipped with a large TV (Samsung 43) and the air conditioning on.
The proximity of attractions makes it especially attractive this apartment. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, St. Peter's Square is a 10-minute walk through the ancient village. The subway and the buses are just a 5 minute walk.
The owners will welcome you, showing you all the resources that will ensure your stay will be at your disposal for every desire.

Fantastic property. Clean and comfortable, well stocked, safe and spacious. We had our choice of restaurants walking distance (the tiramisu at the restaurant around the corner was amazing) and a grocery across the street so we could cook for a few nights. Close enough to walk to the Vatican (15 min walking) but outside of the chaos of high tourist traffic areas. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit this area. Thank you!!!

Lovely property in a beautiful and convenient area close to everything. Marzia was very responsive and helpful, even arranging transportation to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

This is a great apartment located within a few minutes walk from the Vatican, shops and restaurants. The place is extremely comfortable, with modern amenities, and beautifully decorated. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for two nights and wished it was longer. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and the owner extremely gracious and very helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed in when using VRBO (and similar organizations) The place was even better than advertised- lots of space, clean, well decorated, great location near the Vatican, great kitchen supplies, HUGE jacuzzi tub, big showers, etc etc. Our host was lovely and very helpful. This apartment is so lovely! It is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 4. Marzia was so welcoming when we arrived after a very long day of travel. We found the location great for touring Rome. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Condo!

The condo was the perfect place to stay - very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. As we were coming from a cruise ship we arrived early, but were able to use the condo. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to most of the historic sites. I would recommend this to anyone as the best place to stay in Rome.

Fabulous apartment rental.

This apartment has first class decor, is extremely comfortable, and the location works perfectly if you want to walk to the Vatican. Great local cuisine just steps away from the door. Marzia was such a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and if we ever return this is where we would stay.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was even better than in the pictures if that is possible! Marzia was very friendly and gave us top tips on getting around, the best ice cream in Rome and the great restaurant below the apartments. Really easy to get around Rome from the location, the Metro stop is less than 5 mins walk away. Will recommend these apartments to all our friends and family.

Amazing! Beautiful apartment. Great host

We are frequent travelers and this is my first review. We look for great accommodations and this was it. The apartment was Better than expected. Everything was perfect, New and impeccably clean. Marzia was super sweet and responsive. It's a beautiful residential neighborhood. About a 15 minute walk to tourist attractions.

Great location, charming comfortable appartment

From the moment we arrived Marzia couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location for all that is needed for a long weekend stay. It is well equipped, comfortable with plenty of space. If and when we go back to Rome we will definitely use Marzia again. Thank you.
