LA CADIERE D'AZUR. This property offers a magnificent panoramic view of the neighboring hills of Sainte Baume and the medieval village of Le Castellet.
The villa is located 10 minutes from the village of Cadière d´Azur and only 15 minutes from the famous Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet.

Villa also close to Bandol, Sanary sur Mer, St Cyr sur Mer, the creeks of Cassis and the magnificent islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles. Without forgetting the hikes around Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire and the mythical village of St Tropez at only 1h30.

Top notch luxury villa, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, air-con throughout, superb pool, excellent beds, and very secluded and quiet.South facing so lots of sun, but nice shaded terrace.Everything you could possibly need is provided and excellent hosts Marie & Serge. Beautiful area but a car is a must-have for this villa as is a long way from shops and restaurants.Highly recommended and would love to stay there again in a few years.

What a location and property!

A VERY comfortable and expansive home from home. Everything you may need for a quiet break with fitness room and pool for exercise In wonderful surroundings. Away from yet near to coastal facilities and larger towns if needed for restaurants and other facilities. Only consideration necessary is for a suitable vehicle for undulating unfinished terrain for the last 400m drive past vineyards to the property.

A piece of paradise

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in a calm and cosy place. The house is spacy and very well equipped, we missed nothing. The outdoors are nicely furnished, with lots of places to sit and relax. And the location high in the hills provides lots of panoramic views around the house - simple beautiful! The contact with the owners was easy, very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this offer and would like to come again. Thank you Marie and Serge!

Emplacement calme dans les vignesLocalisation optimale entre cassis, la ciotat, bandol, toulon.Il ne manque rien a la maison.La piscine, super bien chauffee et grande, m’a permis de reprendre mes longueurs de natation, debuts de nuits fraiches incluses, ce que je n’avais pas fait depuis 30 ans... 1km par jour, cela remet le physique et le mental en forme. Tranquillité, sérénité. Nous venions d’emerger la veille d’une tres longue zone de turbulences hospitalières.Un tres bon repos corporel et moral.Merci aux tres sympathiques et discrets propriétaires. Nous sommes prêts a repartir de 2 bons pieds.

Séjour fantastique!

Quelles merveilleuses vacances nous avons passées dans la maison fantastique de Marie France et Serge. La maison est dans un quartier calme avec une si belle vue partout, j’ai vraiment apprécié !La maison est parfaitement équipée avec tout ce que vous souhaitez utiliser.La piscine est top et les Chaises longues sont très bonnes. La grande terrasse ombragée est superbe, juste à côté de la cuisine. Et puis les alentours, Bandol, magnifiques. Nous avons fait le maximum pour voir beaucoup de choses, goûter à la cuisine française et au Bandol. Nous reviendrons certainement car il y a encore plus à découvrir. C’était difficile de partir..

Très belle quinzaine à la Cadière d'Azur dans un superbe cadre. Magnifique maison au calme avec une vue magnifique accompagnés par le chants des cigales. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et toujours à disposition en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons.

Un petit coin de paradis

Très bon accueil. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La maison est très bien équipée; il n'y manque rien. Le décor est superbe et au calme. La piscine et les abords sont très bien entretenus. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et nous reviendrons.

Verblijf in La Cadiere d’azur

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning. Alles was kraaknet en alle voorzieningen die je je kan wensen zijn aanwezig. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De buurt is een oase van rust.

Sehr schönes Haus

Super sauber, sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit Marie und Serge, unglaublich schöner Gartenbereich mit sehr großem Pool, wo man sehr gut entspannen kann. Sehr gute Betten und toller Ausblick. Das Haus ist sehr weit oben - nur befahrbar über einen kocht befestigten Weg. Fahrweg waren relativ lange, ca 15 Min. zum Bäcker und zum Strand. Unter dem Haus wohnen die Vermieter, diese waren allerdings vollständig diskret. Nebenan wohnt ebenfalls jemand im Haus. Das Städtchen ist sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Domizil in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der wunderbare Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Petanque-Bahn lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei starkem Wind findet man unter den Olivenbäumen einen schönen Schattenplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren auf Anfragen sehr hilfsbereit innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Klare Empfehlung!
