Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Our luxurious villa is only 20 minutes from Disney and only minutes from legends and kings ridge golf courses!

Fantastic Orlando villa stay!

Stayed 2 weeks at this lovely villa!. Very spacious inside. Great swimming pool, which was nice and warm. Perfect view of the lake! A great place to sit to eat or chill outside. Check in at the villa was clearly detailed. And the owners are very responsive if needed. Would stay again :)

This was our third time at the villa. Another fantastic trip. Villa spotlessly clean as usual and the location, overlooking the lake, is so peaceful. The villa is close enough to the parks but very relaxing by the pool. Needed to call the management team and their response was great.

Great house in quiet location

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

My husband and I have been visiting Orlando for many years, and over the years we have rented many houses in this area. When our family was young, we quickly realized that staying in a house was much more enjoyable with children rather than staying in a hotel room. In addition to this, it was also much more economical, as a house like ours can easily be shared with another family if desired. We purchased this home to use for our vacations. The home was quite well maintained when we purchased it in January of 2015. We have added our own personal flare and upgrades to make it our own, and more desirable for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because of the close proximity to Disney, and because of the water view in the back. The pool/spa area is so peaceful without any rear neighbors, and made private with hedging along the side.

What makes this property unique

What makes this home different from all the other rental homes is the privacy in the back yard, and the fact that it backs on to a lake. We are so close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have an amazing south facing pool with a lanai and ceiling fan for those hot days when you need a break from the sun, and loads of local wildlife.
