There is also a bathroom, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Brook Cottage is ideally located with a variety of places to visit and things to do close by. Please note: The property can only accept one well-behaved dog.

The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. In-between there’s fishing and watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort.
