Outside is roadside parking, a front cottage garden and a rear courtyard with outdoor furniture. Just a short walk from Chatsworth House and close to Bakewell and Buxton, Ash Cottage makes a wonderful retreat for a couple looking to discover the delights of the Peak District National Park.

Town: The picturesque village of Baslow is situated at the North end of Chatsworth House and the village has some unusual and striking features, not least, a river bridge that has three arches and is guarded by a toll house with diminutive measurements of only three and a half feet high. The village has a range of shops, restaurants and pubs and is only five miles from Bakewell, which has a further range of amenities and attractions.
