Everything was smooth and easy. House was clean and smelled good when we walked in. I loved the fun game room, it was nice to relax in there. A lot of rules but easy to follow. AC can be weak upstairs, we woke up every morning hot but the ceiling fans helped. Overall, a nice place to stay at!

Limited activity at home during stay..the group did not enjoy d/t small conversations, the alarm kept going. TV not working well... total expectation the stay is not enjoyable. Place is okay, host is approachable but still the hotel will be more convenient next time.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sorry to hear you had issues with the alarm and one of the TV's. We would have been happy to fix any issues you were having, but we never heard from you except two times. The first was the day after you checked in when we asked how things were going and to find out if anything needed our attention. Your response, "So far no issues. Thank you. We love your place.". The next was you letting us know you were checking out...? As per the instructions we send, we ask tenants to let us know as soon as you have issues or questions. We want to be sure you have a great stay as so many of our other tenants have had. We would have gladly taken care of any issues you were having. Neither guest before you or after made mention of the alarm, and all TV's were and are working. From time to time a previous tenant may change the input or unplug the HDMI of a box, but the TV's all work. A quick call and we can walk tenants through getting things back in order. I'm not sure what you mean by limited activity and d/t small conversations? Perhaps you mean the house rules...? We are very upfront with house rules, so all is known before you book... and none of the rules are difficult to follow. Thanks again, and we wish you the best!

Upon arrival it was noticeable that the pictures posted were older. Everything was clean. The pool was nice. The hot tub didnt have water in it. I know its summer but still. The umbrella was broken. The sliding door to the pool. The sink in the kitchen was not connected to sink. The several of the beds were very sneaky like obnoxiously loud. I feel like for the money this place should be much better taken care of. That being said the owner was very fast to respond and had someone come out the next day to fix the door and the sink.

Amazing time with all the amenities

We had a combination of relaxing by the pool during the day and great enjoyment of the clubs and delicious foods of Vegas at night. Absolutely on our list for the next stay!!

Wedding in Vegas

We were in town for our daughter's wedding. Our party of 12 enjoyed our time staying here. We all had plenty of room and the inside of the house was amazingly clean. The pool was an added bonus.

Great Place to Stay!!!

The house was great, and in a great neighborhood! The house was extremely clean, and it was good as the pictures represented it to be, NO disappointments! Host was great to work with, and most importantly, we would stay there again! Game room was awesome, beds were comfortable, and pool was really great to cool off in after a day of golf!!!
