Huge Balcony on the Second Floor Overlooking the Gulf & Splash Pad!

Phoenix 5 Unit #206...This beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the beach from a huge balcony! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both the master and living rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a patio table and chairs. And, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper as well if you need it!

You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. And, if you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom. The master bathroom adjoins the bedroom and there is a new bathroom vanity with two sinks for you to use! In the guest bedroom there is another king sized bed and a flat-screen television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). The guest bathroom also has a brand new vanity that is lovely! A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use!

Perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Like the location in the building, close to the elevator. My kids enjoyed all the activities included (racketball, pickleball, basketball, and of course the pool!)The room was very nice with the bathroom and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Amenities at the complex were great. Great location. Facility is older but clean and well decorated. Unit was fairly clean, some crumbs and dirty mirrors/door glasses noted. Kitchen was well stocked. Some lights need fixing and dents/scratches on walls and doors need repair. Some wall decor seemed to be missing in master bedroom. Couches could use updating. Overall a decent condo and worth the cost.

A Week in Paradise

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the Phoenix 5. Each time weve stayed we have had a wonderful experience. Pur kids love the splash park and the pool, amd we like the proximity to restaurants and shops. Plus there's nothing like being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach!

The condo was in a perfect location. It was on the second floor so you could take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator if you didn't have a lot to haul. My granddaughter enjoyed looking at the kids water play area over the balcony. We cooked in a few nights and they had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice place to stay.
