The entry level is the main living area of the home featuring an open layout kitchen, dining and living area.

Kitchen: The updated, fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, and a purified drinking water system.

Entertainment: Enjoy entertainment with 4 TVs, including a smart TV in the living room and additional TVs in each bedroom - all set up for streaming cable.

Additional Features: Stay comfortable year-round with central AC, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. For your convenience, a washer/dryer and an iron/ironing board are also provided.

Outdoors

Great location and comfortable accommodations here. Beautiful ocean and sunset views from the nicely furnished decks. The bed in the master bedroom was the best we’ve had in any vacation rental! We took walks every morning on the walking/biking trail up along the main road and also in Emerald Woods Park nearby. Several great restaurants close by as well as Publix.

Beach and weather was great. The beds were all super uncomfortable. Toilets were so low and so small. The lighting at night for the front steps was terrible.

Beautiful beach access and views. Easy to reserve the rental and get information from the host in a timely manner. Property was a tad small for our 4-adult 1-child group, especially 2nd bedroom and bath. Property could've used a detailed clean, but was generally acceptable. Found someone else's towels hanging on the back of 3rd bedroom door (left them there) and there were broken chairs on the upper and lower decks. Overall, would recommend to a friend.

A nice place on the beach

The location was great, right on the beach. The living area was nice with a beautiful kitchen. The place was clean. The master bedroom was spacious and our daughter loved the bunk bed in the third bedroom. The second bedroom was a bit tight with a small dresser and too firm of a mattress. Otherwise, our stay was great and we really enjoyed our week at Emerald Isle.

Great Vacation

We love Emerald Isle and this house did not disappoint. Ocean views were amazing. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside is the other half is pet friendly, which led to us having to listen to crying/whining dogs all week. There is a door that must allow for the 2 halves to join, making the noise from the dogs next door very bothersome. Overall, this home is perfect!

From the moment we walked in the door we were blown away. The house is so beautifully decorated and so immaculate. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. I very nice deck off the back with rocking chairs or a high table and chairs to spend many hours enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We ate many meals out there or just sat enjoying the days and nights with a glass of wine in hand. There is a small deck off the master bedroom upstairs that also overlooks the ocean. The house came with many amenities, including towels and linens. We were very great full for that. This is definitely a vacation home that is worth visiting. I can’t say enough good things about it. Definitely A Repeat

This was the perfect property all the way around for myself and my family. The layout was great and provided plenty of space for all of us as well as privacy. There is even a filtered water faucet in the kitchen sink that was very convenient since we are all big water drinkers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation.

Great oceanfront property

We really enjoyed our stay at Fins West! It is right on the water with private access to the beach. The house was clean and had beautiful views of the water. I do wish the listing had been updated with more information about what was at the house. The listing does not mention any beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys... and we received an email from rental company that we needed to bring all of those items, which we did. But there were 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and lots of toys at the house--would have been nice to save that room in our car when packing. Overall, we were very happy with the house and our stay. Great location on the island--we enjoyed daily walks out to The Point, which was about 1.5-2 miles away.

We had a great stay, the only thing I would change is the properly didn't have enough hot water for two showers back to back so that was a challenge With several people needing to get ready at once.

Nice home on the beach!

We really enjoyed staying at Fins to the Right-West! My husband and I along with our two adult aged sons spent a week for our Spring Break at this property. It had plenty of room for all four of us. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, appliances and anything you would need to cook while you are on vacation. We also enjoyed the water purifier so we did not need to buy bottled water! The cable access worked flawlessly so we were able to watch TV and be on the internet when we were not out on the beach that was just steps from the door. Free wifi and cable were really important to our two sons who enjoy their electronics! We really enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the ocean. We also appreciated the free linen package with our week stay. It had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels as well as all of the bed linens. The bedrooms were nicely decorated! The ONLY complaint we had was that the bed in the master bedroom was very hard. We enjoy a firm mattress but this one was a little too hard for us. We purchased a two inch foam topper that we placed under the mattress pad for the week and that took care of the problem for us. If this issue would be addressed we would have NO complaints at all. We would definitely choose to return to this property for another week!

Patio door did not have a screen as the adjoining unit did. Simple and expected item on a rental in the fall. We could not enjoy the nice weather and breezes without letting in horse flies. Aside from this it's a nice rental!

More info is needed on what is provided. I've never rented where there wasn't even a piece of toliet paper in any of the 3 bathrooms. Cleaning material, paper towel, soaps. You either buy right away or bring.

Beach Vacation

Fins to the Right was a wonderful rental home. It was not only comfortable but beautifully decorated. Loved being feet away from the beach. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony was gorgeous and the ocean waves lulled us to sleep at night. Sitting on the beach every day, delicious dinners out but the availability of the full kitchen with all amenities for breakfast and lunches was great. All in all this was a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful home. Would definitely stay at Fins to the Right again!
