Fabulous sea view of Scopello a few meters from the nature reserve of the gypsy. Immersed in nature far from city noise, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds for 4, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Outside you will find a covered dining area, barbecue, spacious garden, shower and two bathrooms.
The house is equipped with crockery and linen, washing machine, TV and small appliances. from June air conditioning.
Driving along the Palermo Mazara del Vallo motorway (A29), take the Castellammare del Golfo exit and continue along the Strada Statale

Best place to stay in Scopello

We had the most amazing time at Marias house. The view is just stunning and we enjoyed hanging out at the terrace a lot. The kitchen is very well equiped you find everything you need to cook a five star dinner. Scopello is reachable in 15 min by foot or a 5 min drive by car. From the beginning on easy and quick communication with Alfonso the booking operator who was more than helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. Would absolutely recommend it.

Un lieu magnifique.

Une vue à couper le souffle de la terrasse sur le golfe de castellemare et scopello(petit village typiquement sicilien avec un petit centre très joli des restaurants sympa quelques magasins de souvenirs, mercato mio à 5 min . La maison est rustique mais bien équipée au pied de la réserve de zingaro. Nous avons passé 12 jours au top. Visite du côté ouest de l île et sud ouest(érice vallée des temples etc...) . Scopello est très bien desservi niveau route. L accueil a été très chaleureux de la part de Maria.(peut être que vous devriez indiqué plus précisément comment trouver la maison dans votre descriptif nous avions le GPS heureusement Un coin magnifique de la sicile . moment in paradise

I spent our last moments in paradise, Scopello, a tiny village tucked between mountains and the sea, telling you why you must come to this special place on the northwest coast of Sicily. We have enjoyed 7 days here in a rented casa where we have lived like Sicilians, terrace to the sea in front with incredible view , garden with mountain view in the back. A hammock! Bird song all day long! Sea breezes! Palm trees and pines! Wild flowers, yours for the picking! Two bedrooms, living/dining room, wonderful kitchen, a strong shower with plenty of hot water, an outdoor grill, washer, and satellite with large tv lcd if you can tear yourself away from the amazing views. Both bedrooms have generous closet space so you can stash everything and live like you own the place. We felt at home in this spacious house – our biggest problem was whether to eat our meals looking at the sea, or looking at the mountains. This is a spot to relax, to read, to write, to nap, to cook – or not. Within a 20-minute walk you will reach the center of the town with its sleepy little piazza where the bars serve sfingione (a kind of pizza bread) and pane cunzato (a very particular sandwich of the area) and the ristoranti specialize in fresh fish and vegetables of the season. The town center has a working produce farmette where you can find lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potatoes and fresh fruits to go. The bluest, clearest water you can imagine with a beach nestled in a small cove with mountains sloping to the sea. We don’t know about summer, but in May we owned the beach – the weather fluctuating between perfect and almost perfect every day. The hilly land makes for challenging and fun runs to the sea (for the not-so-fleet-of-foot a 10 minute walk). The property is a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Zingaro reserve which offers exciting mountain vistas at every turn, beaches, and rugged rock formations jutting out of the sea. the owner was really friendly, welcoming, helpful and couldn't have more for us, from meeting us late evening when we arrived through to checking we had everything we needed in the week." the owner Maria was really friendly, welcoming, helpful and couldn't have more for us, from meeting us late evening when we arrived through to checking we had everything we needed in the week. Uno Spettacolo

Siamo stati 10 giorni in questa meravigliosa villa situata a poche centinaia di metri dall'accesso alla riserva dello zingaro. La villa con vista spettacolare dul mare e su scopello è fornita di tutti i comfort, in mezzo alla natura, ben curata nei minimi particolari. Tutta l'area intorno è meravigliosa, spiagge e mare pulitissimo, ristoranti e qualita del cibo sono eccellenti. Maria è la proprietaria, disponibilissima e preparatissima ad accoglierci ci ha fatto sentire da subito a nostro agio fornendoci tutte le informazioni sul luogo. E' stato anche super gentile a farci recapitare alcuni oggetti che abbiamo dimenticato. Speriamo di poter ritornare presto.
