About this property

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT NO.2 - Country House "La casa di Carla", Free Swimming Pool, 3 km from the sea

The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it is composed of Apartments Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with swimming pool. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. We accept PETS of medium and small size with notice.

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT N. 2 for n. 2 - 4 guests - composed of: living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, air conditioning, safe, terrace of mt. 3 x 3.5, wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric blind, private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: POOL, private parking, solarium, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for guests.

The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The beach and about 8 km with the same promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the shoe district with its outlets and factory stores

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in un posto molto curato e tranquillo. Un posto ideale per chi desidera passare una settimana in totale relax con i bambini. Il mare dista solo 5 minuti di macchina, con spiagge molto belle e curate. La Sig.ra Carla è sempre stata gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa struttura,ci siamo trovati benissimo,tutto perfetto,anche la nostra cagnolina è rimasta soddisfatta.😊 Posizione strategica per chi vuole fare mare ma non disdegna il visitare i borghi(bellissimi e numerosi)delle Marche. Ah,vicinissimo anche a molti outlet di scarpe(al centro del distretto calzaturiero). Un caro saluto alla signora Carla,spero a presto.
