Just a few minutes' walk from the historic center, this villa offers the perfect location to explore the town while enjoying the peace and tranquility of the area.



The L-shaped villa has a well-defined sleeping area with two double bedrooms. One room has windows facing the barbecue area, while the other opens with double doors to the poolside terrace. A third double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that there is air conditioning in all bedrooms except for the living-dining room and kitchen.



The villa also offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. A few steps lead to a walkway that wraps around the house, leading to the brick barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day.



The villa’s exterior is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The pool terrace offers stunning views of the La Font mountains, while the upper terrace boasts views of the majestic Puig Maria and the slopes of Santuiri, providing a relaxing and serene environment. Guests can also enjoy a game of ping pong, perfect for family entertainment.



To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!

Lovely stay

The property is lovely inside and has a fabulous outside space and pool. A short walk to centre Pollenca and a short drive with nearby bus stop to Port de Pollenca. A great place to stay

We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the highlight for us was definitely the large private pool. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy, and most memorably, our 6-year-old learned to swim during our stay! It truly made the holiday unforgettable. Pool , patio and gardens exceptional ,interior also to a high standard Location very good enhanced with good stunning views. We spent two weeks in the villa so would have expected a clean after week one not just a towel change same as midweek we also had to wait until after 6pm on our first day because of the cleaners.

Loved the villa it was a great space, lots of space for us all and we have a 15 month old child and it was really great being on one level. Aurora was fab, helped with any questions or issues we had! Only improvement would be to have things like tin foil, cling film, more washing up liquid, bin liners and toilet roll etc. Also a few basics like salt, pepper and sugar

Perfect family villa close to Pollenca

Villa Là Sort is a modern, well appointed villa. Can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. It's within very easy walking distance of Pollen a, yet still manages to feel remote and private. Great outdoor pool and pool area. Very friendly owner who visited to ensure we were happy with our stay and if we needed anything. Just perfect :-) Could the single beds in 2 of the rooms be made 'zip link' so that they can turn onto a king size bed? This would be better for adult couples. The rooms are lovely but this would enhance the stay when more than one couple is visiting. Thanks

We spent 2 weeks in La Sort. Everything was perfect, exactly as described on Abnb (except the chairs at the dining room table, that were old and shaky and different that shown on the pictures). The house us perfectly located if you want to walk to a nearby restaurantPollenca old town for shoppingeating. The pool (not heated) has a great size ( 10m in length) and is surrounded by a nicely maintained garden and green. Most import: 5 stars for the extremely responsive and pro-active communication, via WA, with the local Dickinsons contact Alex. He even arranged an airport shuttle transfer and a new coffee machine instantly. The in-between cleaning service was perfect. We would like to come back.

Beautiful family holiday in excellent location

Couldn't fault this villa at all. It suited all 3 generations of family staying here. Its much larger than the photos look and we had more than enough space. Kitchen had everything you needed (few childrens plates & cups), bedrooms had lovely quiet air conditioning and nice clean comfortable beds. It was spotless and very quiet & secluded. Took around 15minutes walk to get into the centre of pollenca and was an easy drive to get most other places. The pool and patio are was spotless- more than enough seating, although i would say (as the pool isnt heated) there was a slight chill when you got in but ok once in. Better when the suns been out to warm it up. Lovely having the table tennis table which we played every night. BBQ tucked around the corner but we didnt use this. There is a cloakroom as well which isnt mentioned in the description. Would highly recommend for families or a group of friends staying here. 10/10!

Fantastic Holiday

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Villa La Sort, with its great location and immaculately kept house and grounds. Located in a tranquil and quiet location but still close enough to walk into Pollenca for an evening out. Also very easy to get around the island from here. The property was very clean and well equipped so you can settle into your holiday with the minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Relax and unwind

Lovely Villa set within large grounds, offering everything you need to switch off for a weeks holiday. Most of our time was spent outside playing table tennis and taking a dip in the pool to cool off. With Pollenca village walking distance and Port de Pollenca 10 minutes drive away, you have many restaurants, bars and shops to choose from along with lovely walks and the sea to cool off.
