Fantastic Spanish Finca style villa set in a large (1200m2) Garden with trees for privacy and Quite possibly some of the best Ocean Views in Cabo Roig plus a private staircase down to the Beach

Frontline beach villas in cabo roig are very special however those that overlook the main cabo roig beach and harbour and offer a private staircase down to the beach are some of the most exclusive and sought after real estate in the south costa Blanca

The villa was constructed in the 1960ÂŽs and offers spacious accommodation over one level wrapped around an internal Courtyard and Entrance

Due to the sea front location and design (Spacious rooms and high ceilings) the villa keeps cool during hot months from a constant gentle sea breeze ,
In addition there are good modern high speed ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms plus the villa has 3 large Air conditioning Units installed , the units are located in the main kitchen, hallway and bedroom 4, these help keep the Villa to a comfortable temperature during hot months (We personally found the villa to be fairly cool whenever we was there during changeovers in July and August - jk villa rentals)

Established nearly 50 years ago Cabo Roig is without a doubt one of the finest and most sought after places to live on the Southern Costa Blanca, often referred to as the Jewel in the crown with its wide palm tree roads relaxed sea side atmosphere and charming individual Detached Villas.

The villa is set right on the Ocean Front (First Line to the Beach) with fabulous views of the Mediterranean ocean and with a Private Staircase direct down to the Beach. The Beach is blue flag status and offers Glorious golden sand , plus plenty of sun beds, Beach Bar (open all year round ) . lots of water sports activities, Local Restaurants and bars within easy walking distance( La Bahia and Cabo roig Restaurants + El Faro Bar only 5 minute walk) - plus only 5 minutes walk to the main cabo roig strip with a large selection of bars, shops, cafes & restaurants

Fantastic location by Cano Roig Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location and views and pool are the best parts of this property. The house is large and has plenty of sleeping space and living areas. My biggest complaint is that it was very hot at night and hard to sleep. There is air conditioning in the bedroom where all the kids slept but none in the other bedrooms. The staff were very prompt with addressing any issues and overall we would recommend this rental.

Super Villa mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie in dieser phantastischen Villa und durften 2 Wochen traumhafte Ferien verbringen. Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen und grosszĂŒgig ausgelegt, sowie grossem Umschwung und einem grossen Pool. Auch der Strand sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer NĂ€he, was unseren Aufenthalt weiter angenehm gestaltete. Gerne kommen wir wieder und können die Villa sowie die ganze Abwicklung nur empfehlen.

Belle maison spacieuse avec un superbe point de vue mer

Grande maison, trĂšs bien organisĂ©e, avec 3 grandes chambres bien ventilĂ©es, une chambre enfants 4 couchages climatisĂ©e et une petite chambre 2 lits superposĂ©s avec ventilo sur pieds. Cuisine climatisĂ©e bien Ă©quipĂ©e, grande et agrĂ©able pour cuisiner. Grand salon, salle Ă  manger. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre. Agence / propriĂ©taire Ă  l Ă©coute et sympathique. Les jardiniers sont passĂ©s tous les 2 jours donc piscine et jardin impeccables. La vue est superbe, l accĂšs direct Ă  la plage et au Cabo un vrai plus ! La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Seule la ville de Cabo Roig en elle mĂȘme nous a un peu déçue mais nous Ă©tions tellement bien entre la maison, la piscine et le bord de mer que cela n a en rien affectĂ© notre super sĂ©jour !

Alt fungerte fint og vi var veldig fornÞyd. 10 personer hadde god plass. Det var tilrettelagt for baby med seng og stol. Gartner kom diskré kvar dag og sjekket hage og basseng. Vifter i tak pÄ alle soverom, savnet aircondition pÄ alle soverom, kun masterbedroom hadde aircondition. Ellers var det fult utstyrt kjÞkken og hagemÞbler og solsenger. HÄndkler til fri disposisjon, vaskerom og hÊrlig sofakrok inne mex TV med alle norske kanaler .

The provided the ideal location for our family of 12. Of the 5 bedrooms the bunk bed room is small and needs to be aired during the day, the master and bed 2 have aircon, however if the doors and windows are open the natural sea breeze does have a cooling effect. The kitchen is fine and appliances deal with demand at meal time. Lockable and secure gates at the end of a cul de sac provide piece of mind. We had a car for the week, but it was not essential, and probably didn't need it. The garden, pool and balcony were spot on for the ages. The pool is big enough for all to enjoy. The grassed is good for the younger to be able play. The balcony and loungers that overlook the beach give a great view and still private to relax with drink. In the evening the entertainment at the beach bar drifts onto the balcony, but is not intrusive and it can be enjoyed. The stairwell to the beach is steep but functional, and the gate securely locks. We only ate out one night on the main strip, but plenty of activity for all ages. We had ask for a couple of appliances that was on the inventory but not available, and we had as issue with one the toilets and sewerage, these were addressed quickly and promptly once reported. As family we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, easy as process

The villa is situated close to all your needs. The pool was great for a family of 12, and clean. The access to the beach is easy, and the beach bar is authentic, the sounds of the entertainment can be listened to and watched from the large balcony. Bedrooms are adequate as was the kitchen. The handover and takeover process is short and easy. Had a slight problem with a bad toilet smell, whilst fixed very quickly, the smell stayed around for a while. Not all the items advertised were available in the villa, DVD and microwave, did not need them so didn't ask, but did require hairdryers, they were delivered very quickly. With a large group a bigger toaster would be better. Overall an excellent service, great location, good contact with agent, would rent again.
