COZY AND SPACIOUS APARTMENT - WELL LOCATED AND DIRECT SEA VIEW

Spacious and bright apartment completely renovated and with direct views of the sea and movie sunrises !!!

The entire living room can easily be converted into a large terrace thanks to its glass window without profiles (Lumon glass) and in winter with low temperatures, you can continue enjoying unobstructed views of the sea with the glass closed.

It has: 1 large bedroom and a spacious living room with chaise-bed (140 cm bed), air conditioning in living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and large and complete WC from which you can also see the sea !!! Within the spacious built-in wardrobe of the room, there is a baby cot and highchair for babies and an additional folding bed that fits perfectly in the bedroom.

South facing, surrounded by all kinds of services, restaurants and beach bars, bus, beach clubs, and only 50 meters from the seafront (2 real minutes walking from the door of the apartment to the beach).

It has a large community saltwater pool, enabled all year round and with access control for the owners and lifeguard (only in the summer season June-September). The pool has different depths being suitable for all audiences (including small children).

If you try it ... YOU WILL REPEAT !!!!

great flat in the best location

we spent 6 days in this flat and were very satisfied all around. We especially liked the location of the flat, a few steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. But we also liked the flat itself, carefully furnished and ideal for a small family. We can highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in Torremolino.

We were very happy with our stay in Torremolinos. The appartment is very well equipped with lots of dishes and towels. The view is fabulous. Great appartment with great host

This was our second year in a row that we spent at least two months in Mikel appartments. Both times, the appartment was spoteless with all necessary amenities. Mikel takes great care of his appatment by improving the amenities every year. We had to leave sooner than expected due to the Covid 19 crisis but both Mikel and Yolanda were of great support while we were there. Muchas Gracias!

Great appartment centrally located

We were very pleased with our stay at the appartment in Torremolinos for two months in January and Febrary 2019. It is part of a very quiet appartment building, has all the necessary commodities and is centrally located (a few meters from the paseo and closed to many restaurants and boutiques). The bay window provided us spectacular sunrises and when opened, allowed us to feel the warm sunshine all morning (no need for a balcony). All photos included on the website reflect exactly the reality. Mikel and Yolanda are great hosts and answered every requests we had very efficiently. Lejligheden pæn og ren, men en altan manglede. Udsigten var ikke god, nedenfor bygningen var der meget snavsen og vi så ned på et grimt tag med kompresser på, længere ude kunne vi se lidt af havet. Boligen manglede grydeskeer, osteskærer og æggebægre. Desuden manglede et lille Sofabord når vi sad og så tv.

Siempre son bienvenidos los comentarios de nuestros huéspedes, los buenos porque nos premian el esfuerzo realizado para que las estancias sean perfectas y los malos porque nos ayudan a mejorar día a día. Pero en este caso, consideramos que las críticas no hacen justicia a la realidad del apartamento, dan la sensación que el viajero se encontrará con una casa y un servicio peor del ofertado y nos gustaría dejarlo claro de la siguiente manera: - La casa no está en primera línea de mar, tal y como viene reflejado claramente en las fotos publicadas. Nos llama la atención que el huésped se queje de ver tejados de edificios por debajo del balcón antes de ver el mar, cuando la vista es la que aparece exactamente en las fotos publicadas y el huésped a tenido acceso a ellas antes de realizar la reserva. - Efectivamente la casa no tiene un balcón aislado, sino que todo el salón se convierte en una gran terraza al gusto del huésped, gracias al sistema de apertura completa de la cristalera del salón. Esta circunstancia, además de poder verse en las fotos, también viene explicada en la descripción detallada del apartamento. - En cuanto al equipamiento de utensilios de cocina, efectivamente no tenemos vaso para huevos cocidos, ni cuchillo especial para cortar quesos. Tomamos nota de esta sugerencia y valoraremos incluir estos objetos en nuestro equipamiento de cocina para futuros huéspedes. - En cuanto a la pequeña mesa de café frente a la TV, también debemos remitirnos a las fotos publicadas y la descripción detallada del apartamento que los huéspedes pueden ver antes de hacer una reserva y en las que no aparece en ningún momento este mobiliario. Tenemos una terraza auxiliar al salón dotada de una mesa pequeña con 4 sillas que también aparece en nuestras fotos y que cumple esa función (aunque no está frente a la TV). Bajo nuestro punto de vista una mesa auxiliar entre el sofá y la TV, genera mas molestias que beneficios; no obstante, también anotaremos esta sugerencia y si más huéspedes nos lo sugieren, no tendremos problemas en incluirla en nuestro mobiliario actual. Para terminar agradecemos que la Huésped haya empezado su comentario destacando la limpieza y aspecto general "bonito" del apartamento, ya que durante su estancia lo único que pudimos escuchar de su parte eran quejas continuas por todo lo explicado anteriormente. En general nos ha parecido mal huésped, desagradecido y en ocasiones maleducado y así se lo hemos hecho saber a Homeaway. Un saludo

Precioso apartamento

Apartamento estupendo y con todas las comodidades y detalles. Muy cerquita de la playa . Cuidado, limpio y bastante accesible desde el parking que queda al lado. El dueño muy atento como siempre. Es la segunda vez que estamos y en las dos ocasiones todo ha estado fenomenal.

Buen apartamento, localizacion pero sin piscina

Apartamento bien localizado, realmente cerca de la playa, supermercado y del paso que lleva a Torremolinos. Tiene bastantes comodidades y esta cuidado. Como aspectos negativos: lo elegimos porque indicaba piscina todo el año y al llegar estaba en reformas, aun asi Miguel nos indico que sólo suele estar disponible en verano y la alternativa fue dejar el piso una vez estabamos ya en él. Ademas esta en otro edificio, no en el propio.El anuncio no se correspondia con la realidad. El unico otro aspecto negativo fue el tamaño de las camas, quiza demasiado pequeñas. Tambien fue un poco incómodo el hecho de que habia obras en el piso de arriba. Well located, really close to the beach, supermarket and the passage that leads to Torremolinos. It has enough comforts and details are treated with care. As negative aspects: we chose it because it indicated swimming pool all year but on arrival it was under renovation, and Miguel indicated that it is only available in summer and the only alternative was to leave the apartment once we were already there. Swimming pool is also located in another building, not in its own. The only other negative aspect was the size of the beds, maybe too small.

Buenas tardes Héctor, agradecemos tus comentarios y lamentamos las molestias que hayas podido tener en tu estancia con motivo de las eventuales obras de mejora de la piscina y le los vecinos de arriba. En cuanto a la dimensión de las camas, debemos aclarar que disponemos de una cama King Size de 180 cms. con 2 colchones independientes de 90 cms. Obviamente respetamos tu consideración de pensar que esta medida es pequeña, pero me vas a permitir que no pueda coincidir con tu apreciación al disponer de una cama de 180 cms de ancho! Por último, efectivamente en nuestro anuncio figuraba que la piscina estaba abierta todo el año, pero como de Octubre a Mayo no se dispone de socorrista y el agua suele estar muy fría (es decir, la piscina está disponible pero nadie la suele utilizar), hemos modificado las descripción de este aspecto en nuestro anuncio para evitar posibles malentendidos a futuro. Te agradeceríamos que si bajo tu punto de vista el anuncio no se corresponde con la realidad en algún otro aspecto salvo el de la disponibilidad de uso de la piscina (que ya está subsanado), nos lo hagas saber para proceder a realizar las correcciones oportunas. ESPLENDIDA ESTANCIA!!! LIMPIO, VISTAS DE IMPRESION Y UBICACIÓN PERFECTA

El apartamento se encuentra estratégicamente situado junto a la playa y zona de restaurante y tiendas, pero separado unos 200mts. de todo el ruido propio de la primera linea de playa. Los amaneceres desayunando en el salón son impresionantes. La casa estaba completamente equipada y muy limpia. La comunicación con el propietario y con la persona que nos atención en nuestra estancia fue perfecta. En fin, UNA ESTANCIA ESPLENDIDA Y VOLVEREMOS SEGURO!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren für 4 Wochen in dieser Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der tolle Ausblick, die ruhige Lage, die Umgebung, der Supermarkt in der Nähe sowie die zahlreichen Busverbindungen vor dem Haus - alles bestens. Auch die gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir intensiv genutzt. Wer lieber im Restaurant essen möchte, dem sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Es gibt an der 5 Km langen Strandpromenade, ca. 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, soviel verschiedene Arten von Restaurants, da ist für jedermann etwas dabei. Diese Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen.

Prima verblijf gehad. Mooi appartement!

We vinden het een prachtig appartement maar de advertentie vinden we een beetje misleidend omdat er wordt aangegeven dat er 2 slaapkamers zijn. Dat is niet zo. De 2e slaapgelegenheid is in de woonkamer. Ook de hoeveelheid beddengoed vonden we een beetje karig.

Wonderful appartment!

Dear Mikel! Your condo is a wonderful place! So is Torremolinos! It was a pleasure from the moment Yolanda, the manager, came to meet us and bring us to the « IKEA » apartment! Never seen this before: everything we needed was there! Excellent WI-Fi, kitchen extremely well equiped with high quality pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, martini and margarita glasses, etc. High quality linens and towels! And it was a little walk to the beach (3 minutes), and the surroundings were secure, so we could be out at night without beeing scared of going out! We will definitively come back and I recommend you this location if you want super satisfaction for your holidays! Mikel was always easy to reach so was Yolanda! Only regrets: we had to leave ! Thank you so much for that wonderful stay! I would highly recommand your place to all my friends and family!

Vacaciones estupendas

El apartamento esta fenomenal, tal y como aparece en las fotos, es amplio y luminoso. Está muy bien situado, a unos 5 minutos de la playa y de la zona comercial y de restaurantes de la Carihuela. El anfitrión de 10, estuvo pendiente de todo y nos proporcionó todo tipo de facilidades. Sin duda, para volver a repetir. Totalmente recomendable.

Mysig lägenhet nära havet i Torremolinos

Bra lägenhet med bra läge. Många små mysiga restauranger på gångavstånd Vi hade två härliga veckor här. Tyvärr var poolen inte tillgänglig på grund av reparation. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit. 2 nöjda Svenskar.

Great apartment

We were met at the apartment by Yolanda who was very pleasant and showed us round. The apartment itself was in a perfect location very close to the beach, bars and restaurants with plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartment block is not aesthetically pleasing with graffiti outside but once inside it is fine. It is very modern with a great covered balcony area perfect to watch the locals and the fishing boats in the sea. There are no UK TV channels but this was fine for us as it made a nice change to get away from the television. We did struggle to open the door to the apartment as it was very stiff but once we mastered how to open it, we were fine. If you are not used to apartment living, take some earplugs with you! We would defiantly stay here again.

FANTÁSTICAS VISTAS Y PERFECTA UBICACIÓN

Es la tercera vez que estoy en Torremolinos y por el mismo precio e incluso más, he estado en otros apartamentos que ni de lejos se pueden comparar con este. El apartamento es súper amplio y luminoso. Está equipado con todo lujo de detalles (incluso lavavajillas!!) y recién reformado. Fui con mi marido y mis dos hijos y estuvimos muy cómodos porque aunque es un apartamento de una sola habitación, el sofá cama es muy amplio, cómodo y muy fácil de montar y desmontar. Todo un lujo desayunar con las vistas que ofrece esta casa. Realmente está a 2-3 minutos andando de la playa y de la zona comercial de la Carihuela. La piscina es muy amplia, limpia y sin masificar. Tenemos pendiente confirmar fechas para el año que viene, pero sin dudarlo volveremos a la casa de Mikel y Silvia. Por último, Yolanda es la persona que se encargó de atendernos y fue muy amable en todo momento.
