It is also just a very short walk from Waverley Station and has good transport links to Edinburgh Airport.

Accommodation at the flat consists of three spacious bedrooms – a king-sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. As part of the refurbishment the bedrooms have been equipped with new beds and there are cotton sheets, down duvets and feather pillows (or anti-allergy duvets and pillows by advance request).
