Detached villa with private swimming pool and parking space for the car with electric entrance gate. Southern orientation
3 rooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds). Each room has its own private bathroom. In the living room the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
Sun terrace on the roof.
American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, induction stove.
Sonos sound system.
Plot is completely fenced which gives extra safety for children.
The pool can be heated if desired (mainly low season)

2nd time at this villa

The owners of the property are great with communication, this is our 2nd stay at their villa and hopefully there will be a 3rd next year. Villa is lovely and set out really well for our family with a nice pool. The check in process isn’t that great as they didn’t know how to get the tv upstairs working and also there is a charge quite rightly if you use more than fair amount of electricity but she didn’t know where the meter was to take a photo to start our stay. But that aside we had a great stay and will be back.

Lovely stay in Orihuela

We all enjoyed our two weeks in Orihuela - property was really clean and tidy on arrival with everything we needed to enjoy our family time. No issues at all during our stay, the building works across the road continued but didn’t have any impact on our stay.

Wonderful Villa

Very modern and stunning villa. Pool is great, lots of sunbathing areas around the villa. Communication with property manager could have been better although owner was quick to assist when I needed this and it didn’t detract from a lovely holiday.

Had a great stay here, the villa was great for our group of 4 adults and 3 children and we all felt very comfortable and had enough space. The pool was a good size an accommodated all 7 of us in there at the same time. Plenty of chairs / loungers outside and on the roof terrace. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. Thanks we had an amazing stay.

Best villa by miles

This was a lovely holiday the villa was fantastic clean and well maintained,the sun beds was on a chain with a lock on them so we could only use four that was out apart from that great but you need a car abit out of the way.

Pictures do not do this villa justice fab area very english very good location we drove to Alicante and Benidorm with ease great shops and restaurants close by had a problem with the boiler the owner and letting company dealt with it instantly could not fault this villa they had everything you need perfectly clean modern and didn't need or want anything else

Great location

The property was lovely as expected. Having the heated pool was great for the kids, they were in the pool from morning til night. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bedlinen provided. Having a washing machine made a holiday with kids easy and meant we could pack light. Al in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Wow,What a wonderful home.

From the moment we pulled up outside, were greeted by Bruno and shown into the villa. The villa was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, lovely pool and outdoor furniture. You lost the sun around 4pm at the front of the property, this was ideal to relax reading my book. The roof top had full sun and was private.

Really nice stay

As suggested by the owner we did hire a car wich was great cos the property is only a 10-15 minute drive from so many great resteraunts, shops and even the local market. The property itself was lovely and we didn’t have a single problem while there. The check out process did confuse us a little as we thought we would’ve meet someone not just leaving the keys in the box but this wasn’t a problem just maybe could have been communicated as I did have to message them to ask what was happening

Great Villa

We had a brilliant time. Communication with Sarah was always very quick and helpful - she was great to deal with. The Villa is lovely with all the amenities that you need. The sun is at the pool all day until about 5pm but having the roof terrace meant that you had the sun all day. The plaza at Villamartin is approx 30min walk or a short taxi ride. A car is preferable to allow access to surrounding areas. We would definitely go back and stay in this villa.
