The property also comes with a permit to fish for trout on the Tweed and guests will have access to the private stretch of water at The Yair. Simon Fishing may be available, at additional cost, during the months of August though to November.

The Yair is the perfect base from which to explore all that this part of Scotland has to offer and is ideally suited to those looking to enjoy the outdoors. The famous Southern Upland Way (Scotland's coat to coast walking and cycle route) is a stone throw from the the property and there are plenty of other activities on the doorstep, including Mountain Biking trails, fishing, golfing etc.
