The house is a portion of a single-storey house divided into two apartments and is located in the park of a historic building of greater size.
My accommodation is very close to the city center. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the intimacy and tranquility.
adjacent to housing is a paved area where the property in the summer will be placed tables and chairs.
The accommodation is available in medium sized cars up to a few meters from the entrance with reserved parking. The accommodation is equipped with ironing board, kettle, toaster, oven combination microwave, satellite TV and ADSL, fiber and wireless.

Great location, tidy property

Slight delay in contacting Massimo, but no bother. Good directions around property. Location perfect for us. Best facilities we've had in rentals. Didnt use the outside terrace - seemed a bit gloomy. Perhaps some bright paint on the cement walls. Alla prossima

Wunderbare Tage in Lucca

Das Appartement ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Lucca. Man geht nur einige Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, es ist sauber und gemütlich. Massimo ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Belange, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen. Aufgrund von Stau sind wir sehr verspätet angekommen, Check in war trotzdem kein Problem. Wenn mal Probleme auftraten, wurden diese sehr schnell gelöst. 5 Sterne von uns.

Nell’appartamento in posizione ideale per visitare Lucca

Appartamento molto pulito, accogliente, comodo ed in posizione ottimale. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, e ci ha consigliato al meglio. Sistemazione adatta anche a famiglie con cane; è dotata di parcheggio riservato di fronte alla casa.

Nice property, great location!

We loved the property, it was our first time travelling with an infant and we needed somewhere that was easily accessible with a buggy. The only real downside was the check out process. The property owner was not available, so we had to park down the road (parking in Lucca is not easy) unlock the electric. gates post the keys and run to make it back through the gates in-time before they closed. This added an extra bit of stress to the travel home that was not needed especially as we were in a rush to make our flight.

Wonderful Find

This is a gem of a cottage in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the walls. Everything was immaculate and it was obvious that a lot of thought had been given to making this little cottage stylish but comfortable. The outside space for eating is a real bonus as is the off street parking. Massimo and Antonella are lovely hosts. Really warm, welcoming, generous and passionate about Lucca. They showed us how everything worked and shared recommendations about places to visit and restaurants which were good. All our pre-visit contact received prompt and helpful responses. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Fabulous and flawless

Great place. 2 minute walk from city gate and the wonderful old city of Lucca. Spotlessly clean and everything looked brand new and worked perfectly. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Unit even had a safe for valuables Very welcoming host met our train at station and dropped us there when we left. Made our stay in Lucca delightful

Piccolo scrigno contenente mobili e oggetti raffinati e, al contempo, molto funzionali. Isola di pace immersa nel verde a pochi passi dalle incomparabili Mura di Lucca. Incantevole rifugio curato nei minimi dettagli, costruito con amore per i materiali naturali (come il legno, il coccio e l'ardesia) e per gli Ospiti dal Signor Massimo, persona gentile, disponibile e umana. Casa Bella Comoda e proprietari cordiali e disponibili

La casa è molto molto carina, pulita e comodissima per visitare Lucca. Arredata con molto gusto e i proprietari ,Massimo e Antonella, sono due persone cordiali e disponibili, per consigli e suggerimenti. La tua auto è al sicuro nel giardino interno alla proprietà e in attimo sei nel cuore della città e delle sue mura. Che dire fantastico tutto....solo pochi giorni. Ma ritorneremo sicuramente . Dependance appena ristrutturata completamente curata nei minimi particolari, a 2 passi dalle mura, parcheggio privato. Perfetto sia per coppie che per famiglie, proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Soggiorno consigliatissimo

Consiglio il soggiorno in questa casa perchè è davvero comoda sia per la posizione vicino al centro storico, che per la qualità della casa in se. Letti comodissimi, pulitissima, dispone di accessori di tutti i generi, calda in inverno e da non sottovalutare il parcheggio privato. Internamente è molto piacevole il soggiorno anche per la qualità e la cura degli arredi presenti. Gentilissimo anche il proprietario che è disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Io spero di tornarci presto!!!

tre giorni fantastici a Lucca

abbiamo trascorso tre giorni fantastici soggiornando nella depandance Civitali 37 a due minuti dalle mura di Lucca. la struttura è molto accogliente e ben arredata, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario.Da sottolineare la simpatia, la disponibilità e l'accoglienza di Massimo (compresi gli eccellenti consigli enogastronomici) . Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e la consigliamo.

il posto dove e ubicata la casa ' centrale tranquillo, la casa e da poco ristrutturata molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort e proprio come essere a casa il proprietario e un persona gentilissima e disponibile. la consiglio per un soggiorno a Lucca
