My friends and I had a great 2 night stay recently. Fab location, spacious open lounge/kitchen diner so was very sociable. All beds are single which was great. Hosts were very helpful throughout the booking and nearer the time when we were talking about parking and checking in. Would stay again. Thank you.
First of all, the property is absolutely beautiful! There are 5 bedrooms, all with extremely comfy beds and plenty of room. The kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and the kitchen came with all things needed. 3 bathrooms was very useful too.
We was a group of 11 and every single one of us was very impressed with the location.
The walk into the city centre is about 10 minutes and has lovely views. There's a coop just 5 minutes down the road which was handy just pop and get something if we needed.
We heard no noise from any other houses in the area, so it was very peaceful.
The communication from the owners was very good and they were incredibly helpful and kind.
I would 100% recommend and book again!
We stayed here in a group of 12 for my sister's hen do, the property was clean, spacious and in a great location! The amenities at the properly were great and we all had a great stay!
Brilliant property , we very much enjoyed our stay. Only down side with cleanliness behind sofas and some mould on blinds/curtains that weren’t asthetically pleasing.
Wonderful stay in Bath, accommodation was perfect for our group, top communication from hosts, only downside was parking, so would recommend pre booking your parking prior. Would 100% recommend to anyone planning a stay in bath 😊 thank you

Hen weekend
In need of good spring clean. Crockery was chipped and needs replacement. The downstairs bedroom has mould on the wall
We had a great stay! There was everything you needed to have a comfortable stay in a brilliant location. The beds were so comfy, three showers is a bonus and the location is perfect for a visit to Bath! I would definitely recommend this house to others!
Alice House is in THE perfect location - flat 10 minute walk into the City Centre. We especially enjoyed the flexible accommodation with all single beds and spacious bedrooms. The comfort of the beds and quality bed linen was also much appreciated by all. The ample sized well equipped kitchen served us well when we had a chef come to cook for us - it was great to hang out in the open space. Paul and Phillip were very helpful in dealing with queries and concerns which made the whole process easy from start to finish.
Great place for a group stay in Bath. Thermae Spa and city centre attractions all in walking distance. House was clean with good facilities. Fab open plan living space. Bedroom layout worked well. The owners were helpful and answered any queries very promptly. Only slight downside is that, being on a main road, it’s not possible to pull up outside to unload/load the car. Not the end of the world but worth bearing in mind. Overall we had a great stay, thank you Philip & Paul 😀
We had a fantastic weekend in this property, great space and all we needed for the weekend.
Located within close walking distance to the city centre, great communicate with host and simple check in process.
Would recommend and stay again
Great location & quirky house, would recommend for a large group
We stayed here are a base for our trip to Bath, our group was 11 girls. The house is lovely, very central location, close to the station. Phillip contacted me and met us at the property to check in and show us around. The house is lovely with good size rooms and communal.
A group of 12 ladies stayed here for a weekend and we were all really pleased with the house. I was a little worried about getting under each other’s toes but it didn’t feel like that at all. The location was perfect being a 10 minute walk from station, narrowboat hire and Bath itself. The owner Paul was great with communicating and answering all our questions. Would definitely stay again if in Bath. Thanks Paul
Excellent location in Bath with a short walk to the city center. Paul was an amazing host and was extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Bath!
A group of 12 of us (6 adults and 6 children) stayed at this property for a new year break and we weren't disappointed. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep and the large dining table meant that we could all sit and eat together. The kitchen was well equipped and the parking permit a welcome extra. The house is very conveniently placed for getting into the centre of Bath. A nice quiet student area but just a few minutes walk from.the centre and the cricket club carpark. Phil the owner came and met us and showed us around and told us everything that we needed to know. We would not hesitate to book again and would recommend this property.
House was spacious for the 7 of us staying....it sleeps 12 but this would have been tight! Comfortable beds, clean linen but nowhere to put your clothes or hang towels in the bathrooms. The downstairs shower soaked the whole room! However, was good to have one downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Parking was tricky and stressful! Be aware that you can only pay for parking at the nearest car park by phone! The most positive thing about the house is the location, only 10 minute walk into town! Perfect! We had a great stay and would come here again!

Perfect location for celebrating Christmas with all the family
We rented this property so that there was enough room for our children and their families to be in one place at Christmas and it proved ideal with nine adults and two grandchildren sat down for lunch on the day Highly recommend the Bath Skyline Walk too which took us around three hours to complete and provides great views of the city.
Everything was clean and tidy on our arrival and everyone had plenty of room.
