As one of the original 30A communities, Seagrove is the quintessential beach town, blending vast stretches of sugar-white sand with an Old Florida vibe. Gorgeous Gulf-front homes preside over rolling dunes and sea oats while pelicans silently glide by overhead. The incomparable Eastern Lake features paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, while the Timpoochee Trail makes it easy to cruise through neighboring 30A communities by bicycle. Seagrove Beach, with its laidback feel and uncrowded beach is special to generations of families. Life here is all about sandals, sunglasses, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Very low density, Gated, Three story duplex, 4192 EAST COUNTY HWY. 30A, SEAGROVE FLORIDA 32459, with three porches, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, swimming pool, and private beach access. Wimaway is less than two miles to Seaside and best if all it is on the south side of 30a.
Wimaway has five bedrooms, four with king size beds and private baths and one bedroom with three twin beds, which also has a private bath. There are three sleeper sofas with great mattresses. The garage has bikes, beach chairs, small umbrellas and a few beach toys. You are welcome to use these. Please report any loss or damage so that they can be replaced or fixed for the next guests. There will be two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning… There is a tent in the garage that guests are allowed to use. There are balconies off of the four private king bedrooms. The swimming pool for Wimaway is just off of the first floor balcony. Walk about 150 steps and get on the boardwalk which strolls right down to the sand..... easy. This home will pleasantly absorb your group and give you so much time together, but with the space to regroup and refresh for the next day.

If chairs and umbrellas are rented, they must be through our approved beach service at the bottom of the boardwalk. You are welcome to use ours.

We had an amazing stay at Wimaway. The accommodations were everything that was advertised. We were minutes from the beach and minutes to all of the local restaurants and bars. The home was well appointed, the beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

So pleased with the sleeping arrangements as all 4 couples had comfortable king sized beds, the 2 babies had pack and plays in their parents closets and the other 4 grandchildren had the bedroom with 2 full sized beds. Everyone was comfortable and each family had our bathrooms!

Property was ideal. Great location, super easy access, incredibly clean, had EVERYTHING we needed. Fit all 14 of us comfortably. Host is amazing! Helpful, easy to communicate with, and just super sweet. Our family hadn’t had a beach vacation all together since 2020. It was so good for the soul. Lots of wonderful memories made! Fabulous beach stay

The house has 3 floors each with a spacious patio/balcony. Well equipped and owner was easy to communicate with. Restaurants within waking distance and nice Publix just a short drive away. Also good walks in nearby protected national forest. Literally steps from a private beach- what more can you ask for?

Gorgeous property! The layout was perfect for our group - everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves! The lower level living area provided the teens a place to hang out and we so enjoyed the lovely balconies. The walk to the beach was short and furnishing were fabulous. Why they chose this property

Wimaway, is well appointed. It has terrific beach access, with great ocean breezes and glimpses of the ocean. There are not roads to cross. It is gated which keeps the crowds off of our beach. Seaside is less than two miles away. There are wonderful restaurants withing walking distance of our property. There is a swimming pool just off the balcony, with palm trees and green space. We have a garage to put ocean toys, with ample parking for 3-4 vehicles.

What makes this property unique

Our property is on the south side of 30A. (No streets to cross). We have a terrific swimming pool. There are balconies off of 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We have a kitchenette downstairs which makes beach refreshments so accessible. This is the first rental season for our home.
