The charm of a country house that offers all the comforts, situated in a privileged location overlooking the Puig de Bonany. Guests: swimming pool, towels, sheets, wifi, private parking, heating, easy access to the farm and everything you need to enjoy your stay. They can contact us at any time, we will be happy to assist and help if any problems or questions arise. The day of arrival they expect in a meeting and would accompany them to the house to teach the operation. We would be grateful not to smoke inside the house. Pets not allowed.

Great stay

The property is in a great location, 5 minutes to Petra. Very quiet surroundings with a well thought out layout and a very clean well-kept pool. The house itself is relatively cool given it doesn’t have a/c. Perhaps it would benefit from a/c as we were staying during a heatwave which made some of the days pretty hot but that’s no fault of the owners to be fair! Communication with the Villa owners was great, nothing was too much trouble and they let us check in early and leave later too as our flight was delayed. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, crockery etc which was helpful for a family of 5. I’d definitely go and stay here again and the village of Petra is lovely. We ate at various restaurants and by the the best was Ca’n Oms which was really great.

Schöner Finca-Urlaub mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in der schönen Finca Es TurĂł de Son Mel. Abholung und Einweisung durch Miguel hat super geklappt. Finca genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles da, was man braucht - auch HandtĂŒcher, PooltĂŒcher, Sonnenschirme fĂŒr den Strand und sogar Strandspielzeug. Der Pool ist einfach nur toll. Schöner Blick ĂŒber die Obst-u. OlivenbĂ€ume. Der Ort Petra ist nicht sehr groß, aber hĂŒbsch und mit einigen ganz tollen Restaurants (zwei kleine SupermĂ€rkte - in Manacor findet man dafĂŒr eine sehr große Auswahl). Miguel ist jederzeit erreichbar und kĂŒmmert sich. Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen und wĂŒrden immer wieder kommen!

Ein Traum

Wir können diese tolle Finca nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir denken sehr gerne an diese tolle Zeit zurĂŒck. Die Finca ist perfekt eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man brauch um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sie ist ein Schatz auf Mallorca.Danke an unsere Vermieter. Sie waren immer zu erreichen. Wunderschöne Finca

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wirklich schönen Finca. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Über Sonnenschirme und HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr den Strand bis hin zu FahrrĂ€dern ist alles vorhanden. Das GrundstĂŒck ist riesig und der Aussenbereich mit wunderschönem Pool und ĂŒberdachter windgeschĂŒtzter Terrasse ist einfach nur klasse 👍Miguel und seine Tochter Antonia sind unheimlich liebe Gastgeber, die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Danke an die beiden fĂŒr die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder đŸ‘đŸ˜ƒâ˜€ïž

Traum Finca

Die Finca ist schöner als auf den Fotos. Miguel, der Vermieter, ist super nett und freundlich. Traumhafte Lage mitten im „nirgendwo“, genau wie man sich eine Finca auf Mallorca vorstellt. Pool genial uns super sauber.. Aber da man als Deutscher meckern muss: Das Wasser im Pool war zu nass.. Der Himmel darĂŒber viel zu blau.. Und die Sonne
 viel zu hell 😀😀

Wundervolles Haus

Wir können den positiven Eindruck der anderen Rezensionen nur unterstreichen. Das Haus und der Poolbereich sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, GeschirrspĂŒler, Abstellraum, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer, Liegen mit Auflagen und BadetĂŒchern, Grillplatz, es gibt FahrrĂ€der zur freien Verwendung u.s.w. Es ist wirklich ruhig, sauber und die Temperaturen in den RĂ€umen angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der 2. grĂ¶ĂŸten Stadt Mallorcas, sind nur 15 Auto Minuten entfernt. Die kleine Ortschaft Petra (ca. 3 Auto Minuten) bietet einige nette Lokale mit typisch mallorkinischem Essen zu fairen Preisen. Die auf den Bildern noch kleinere Couch im Wohnzimmer wurde bereits durch eine 3 Personen Couch ausgetauscht, auf der man auch einen regnerischen Tag bequem verbringen kann. DieTerrasse ist rechts und links bei den SĂ€ulen mit Glas Schiebelementen ausgestattet, die bei Bedarf geschlossen werden können und einen Windschutz bieten. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Miguel fĂŒr Deine Gastfreundschaft!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsen und 2 Kindern in dem Haus. Das Objekt hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich. Der Kontakt mit denn Vermieter war sehr gut in unkompliziert. Können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

A wonderful private and secluded house for a relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at this superb home, it was very comfortable and in a quiet and secluded area giving total privacy, and offering a relaxing and restful holiday. The house was immaculate and clean throughout with everything you could need, the kitchen was properly equipped, the pool was great and the outside shower lovely and warm. We made good use of the outside eating area having all our meals there, and loved the outdoor barbecue (thoroughly recommend the vegetable kebabs and marinated chicken kebabs from the Hipermarket in Manacor). WiFi was excellent and thoroughly tested by our teenage children!! All in all it was a fabulous holiday and we look forward to coming back one day, we highly recommend staying here.

Superschöne Finca auf einer 10000m2 großen Partielle

Miguel ist sehr freundlich, wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit..... Wir waren nur fĂŒr uns.... Das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Außendusche ist mega.... Und die Terrasse windgeschĂŒtzt. Wir kommen wieder.

Quiet place with a great Pool-area

We stayed for a week in the finca and really enjoyed the time. The house itself and the surroundings are in great shape. We especially liked the pool-area. The communication with the owners was easy. Miguel was there for us whenever there was a little thing to be done. Thanks again for the welcome wine and beer and of course the delicious apricot cake! We haven‘t had any issues with the facilities, which I mention because we had problems with water/gas/electricity/heating a couple of times in other fincas. This one is in good shape! Unfortunately, the road leading to the building was being rebuilt, which is finished now - however the construction work was loud from time to time. Otherwise, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. The rooms were all clean, we couldn‘t complain. The wifi worked perfectly, the BBQ-area is nice, we didn’t need to buy every little thing like coffee-filters, candles, matches or dishwashing-liquid, which is always annoying if you don‘t have those things handy. The outdoor-shower was awesome and even had warm water! Part of the cuttlery was dirty, most likely because it wasn‘t cleaned properly by other guests, which wasn‘t a big deal. The interior of the house, especially the living room, would really benefit from a remodelling. We only spent our time outside. When the weather gets colder, a comfortable lounge inside would be great! We also suggest to change the (Auflagen der Liegen), which are in a poor condition. To sum up, we would definitely recommend staying in the finca. We rate it 4/5 due to minor things like the construction work and some dated stuff in the house.

Beautiful gated villa set in a quiet location.

Amazing villa with great facilities for our family of six. Photos don’t do it justice, The owner was lovely, helpful & communicated great through our emails. The outdoor shower was great after trips to the beach. No need for air con as the house was always cool enough with plenty of fans. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Just Perfect!!

Very beautiful villa! Everything is just perfect! There is just nothing to complain about. And the owner is very kind and helpful! When we arrived it was very hot. Over 40 degrees celcius. He brouhgt us an extra fan for the bedroom :-) usualy it is not necessary because the house is cool. We absolutely recommend this villa!! Thank you that we could have our family vacation here! :-))

Diese schöne Finca ist genau wie auf den Bildern !

Eine sehr schöne Finca mitten auf einer großen Mandelplantage. Weit entfernt von Nachbar HĂ€usern was wir sehr genossen haben. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und sollte mal etwas sein, dann ist er sofort zur Stelle. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder.

Sehr gepflegte, hochwertige Finca in ruhiger Lage und dennoch nur 3 km von dem Dorf Petra entfernt

Man kann nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Absolut saubere, neuwertige Finca mit Pool in zentraler Lage (Inselmitte). Man ist schnell am Meer und schnell in den Bergen Mallorcas. Alles perfekt. Sollte es mich wieder einmal nach Mallorca verschlagen, werde ich mit Sicherheit diese Finca buchen.
