Great spot for being on the beach in a quiet uncrowded area. Beautiful drive in and the grounds were well maintained. Condo was the perfect location and size for our birthday get a way.

This was the first time my boyfriend and I came to Amelia Island and we were so impressed by the island and this condo. The condo was as advertised. Very clean. Just steps away from the beach. Host was very communicative. Would recommend this room to anyone and will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful property. No steps at all and on the first floor. Property was very clean. The owner was so quick with replies and instructions. Beach was not crowded. We hope to stay here again. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

This unit is great!! Amy, the host, was wonderful and very responsive. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need but the food. There is a grocery very close by if you search. The unit was the perfect size for the two of us, looking directly at the ocean side. The pool was very clean and near the unit. The only thing I would suggest, not that the owner has anything to do with it, but the pool could use umbrellas. There are holders for them but none at all. Overall, this stay was very relaxing for us. Thanks Amy!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property.Communication with the host was excellent from booking through checkout. This condo was everything we expected and more. The location was great, it was very clean and well decorated, with a lot of amenities included. The host was very easy to deal with and very responsive. There was one issue that was immediately taken care of.The complex itself is right on the beach, with a nice pool and in a beautiful area. Very relaxed and not touristy area.I highly recommend staying here.

This place was wonderful. Took a girls weekend here and it was very quiet and enjoyable. Has everything you need and loved that it was on the ground floor. Hopefully I’ll be back!

Family Getsway

The condo was perfect for our stay. The checkin was easy and the condo was lovely. Well stocked, clean, right next to the pool and beach access, which is very convenient with a 5 year old. We will stay here again!
