Distribution of the villa: with 150 m2 of living space,



In the main house which is located on the second floor of the house, and which is accessed by a flight of stairs with 15 steps, we find a living room with decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, air conditioning and access to a beautiful terrace with open views and a little sea views and table for outdoor dining. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed.

In the lower part of the villa and at street level, we find two independent rooms, one with a double bed, ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a washing machine room. and a second independent room with a small living room, an auxiliary kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.

The whole house has central heating.

The villa has a nice porch with table for eating and dining outside and a brick barbecue with benches and an outdoor sink. An area that will make your evenings relaxed and very comfortable in summer. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool is 7/4 and has Roman stairs to access inside.



Inside the plot you can park several vehicles outdoors.



It is located 1 km from the supermarket La Fustera,1 km from the sandy beach La Fustera ,2 km from the rocky beach “Cala les Bassetes, 5 km from the town of Calpe, 6 km from the natural park Natural Park Peñon de Ifach, 8 km from the Golf Ifach, 81 km from the airport ‘Alicante’ and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

‘‘Twas a good trip

The property is clean but a little tired with a slight need for renovation. Didn’t like the reservation process. (Have never had to raise an international money transfer before) but it worked out ok. There could have been more info on area as property is quite isolated.Had a good stay though.

Tolle Ferien in Calpe

Sehr ruhige Lage aber trotzdem nahe von allen Möglichkeiten wie Supermarkts, Restaurants und Strände Räumiger Salon mit sehr schönem Balkon, gut umzäunt, ideal für Hunde. Swimmingpool super und gut unterhalten. Der Geschirrspüler sollte ausgewechselt werden, ist in die Jahre gekommen.

La piscina genial, la tranquilidad del lugar, a menos de 1 km. de una de las mejores calas (Cala Fustera) y también de la montaña (Pedramala). Cómodo para 2 familias. Con todo lo necesario. La entrada de gravilla, patina algo las ruedas del coche.

Las camas muy cómodas. Tanto los colchones como las almohadas. La villa es muy espaciosa. Deberían de poner aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y mosquiteras, ya que nos han devorado los mosquitos. En las habitaciones de la planta calle no hay persiana y el sol empieza a dar de lleno a las 7 de la mañana.

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe en la web,nada que objetar,cómodo, limpio y el servicio de Villas Guzmán genial,como siempre. Quizás,por poner un pero,el vehículo del propietario,es normal que lo tenga bajo su garaje,cuando no se encuentra en el alojamiento ,pero a la hora de maniobrar los coches,con la rampa y el trozo sin asfalto de la entrada,se hace un poco difícil. Un metro más adelante el coche y sería genial.

calidad- precio perfecto!

En general la casa está bien, ideal para familias por los servicios que ofrece y la tranquilidad de la zona. Las estancias del piso de abajo huelen a humedad, especialmente el pequeño apartamento, haciendo casi inviable dormir en ellas, ya que con la puerta cerrada el olor aumenta.
