Cuarto año que nos hospedamos en casa de Ed, y como siempre la estancia muy agradable. Tuvimos un problemilla electrico que el propietario resolvió de inmediato. Vistas maravillosas al mar y urbanizacion muy cuidada. Si hay que poner un pero... creo que seria el colchon del dormitorio principal está ya un poco blando para nuestro gusto. Sin duda, muy recomendable

We had an issue with the a/c but Ed tried hard to address this and was very responsive. Comfortable apartment but with over fussy a/c and lighting controls. Super view and well located for exploring the area. Well equipped. Main bed mattress too firm for us but we are used to Tempur beds so a tough act to follow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Estepona. The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed and was in a lovely location with views of the sea from the balcony. We didn’t have a car during our stay and didn’t feel that was a disadvantage at all. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Segundo año en este apartamento. Dotado de absolutamente todo lo necesario para una magnificas vacaciones. Sólo 3 puntos: Internet va a una velocidad que no está a la altura del apartamento (no pudimos ver Movistar + o Amazon Prime), solo nos dieron un juego de llaves (además de que habría que engrasar la cerradura) y el mando del garaje estaba sin batería. Pero nada que sea demasiado relevante

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para vivir. Tanto el mobiliario como los electrodomésticos están como si fueran nuevos. Muy limpio. La zona es muy tranquila para ir en familia. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en familia. La urbanización muy bien cuidada. Tiene pista de Padel que de haberlo sabido nos hubiéramos llevado las palas. La playa tiene piedras, pero con un calzado apropiado puedes bañarte sin problema. Tanto el propietario, Ed, como la persona de contacto, Alícia, fueron muy amables. Sin duda nos encantaría repetir otro año!!!

Superb apartment in a lovely complex and brilliant views

This apartment looks just like the photos, it is a high quality apartment with great facilities and an amazing view over the sea. The Bahia complex is spotlessly clean and so well maintained, it is very quiet and we never had any issues getting sunbeds no matter what time, there was always lots and lots free, at most there was a handful of people in the pools. The complex has 2 pools, one by the sea, this is smaller of the two but its advantage was to take your sunbed outside the complex overlooking the sea, this was utterly brilliant, the larger pool was excellent for fun and playing, again with lots of sunbeds, the pools were crystal clear, so well maintained with life guards watching over, we never had any noise issues in the complex, underground parking was great although getting to the parking spot is like playing super mario dodging the concrete pillars. The sea boardwalk goes all the way into Estepona, it is a lovely walk of around 35 minutes, some parts are truly beautiful, especially the lit wooden walkway through the trees, you can walk east to the Laguna Beach complex as well, this has watersports and a giant inflatable to play on in the sea, the Laguna Complex is a very up market with shopping and restaurants, it is a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself has the best air conditioning of any I have stayed, each room had its own temperature control (plus on/off) and it was so quiet, it is furnished to a very high standard, large screen TV and a massive sofa to sit on, the patio is bigger than the pictures suggest and the view is amazing, I loved opening the shutters in the morning from the master bedroom and looking out to sea. The apartment has everything you need, there was not one thing we needed that it didn't have, when we arrived the shutters on the master bedroom had broken (stuff breaks), this was Sunday afternoon, but 12:00noon Monday they were fixed, Ed the owner is fantastic and arranged the repair so quickly, the internet WiFi is fast enough to watch netflix. This is one of the best complexes and nicest apartments we have stayed at and next time we stay on the Costa we would love to stay here,
