About this property

Mini villa with 2 bedrooms, SEA VIEW & A/C

Surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, mini villa composed by a unique ambience open space with fully equipped kitchen corner, living /dining area, two armchairs, and tv; main bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom with bidet and shower. On the mezzanine floor (above the living area) there is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The mini villa offers also a large covered veranda equipped with a table, chairs, and sunbeds to enjoy sunsets at its best!!!
From the mini villa, you can easily reach the beach on foot. Consider approx 6/7 min walking.
The cities of Calvi and Ile Rousse are at about 15 min driving.

We would like to say that we are doing everything possible to help protect our guests and for this, we clean and disinfect the surfaces most frequently touched before each check-in.

NOTE: The property provides coverbeds and pillows but not linen and towels. If you want, you can bring your own. If you prefer to rent it on spot, linen and towels are available on request - Euro 20,00/person/week.

Sauber, modern, hell, freundlich, traumhafte Terrasse, schöne Lage- wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub! Das einzige, was man vielleicht wissen sollte: die Schlafmöglichkeit oben auf der Empore ist für Kinder super, für Erwachsene ( über 1,50) nicht so zu empfehlen.

Très agréable

La maison est fidèle aux photos. Aménagée avec goût, bien équipée, et la vue est superbe. L accueil a été agréable et les conseils de visites appréciables. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Petites suggestions: la mise en place d un rideau pour la mezzanine et un pied de parasol pour cacher le soleil du soir qui chauffe encore beaucoup. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour

Un sejour parfait au coeur de la Balagne !

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, refait à neuf avec goût et une super terrasse très spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. Quartier calme et familial. On recommande ! Proche Calvi, la côte offre tout type de plages et pour les amoureux de montagne, beaucoup de randonnées sont accessibles à moins de 30 min. Nous y avons trouvé un très bon accueil de la part des commerçants et habitants, sans parler de la qualité des produits locaux. A faire sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est conforme au descriptif. Petit bémol, pensez à ajouter des couverts afin d’éviter de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à moitié vide. Très bon accueil par Daniele, à l’écoute et qui a su nous donner de bons conseils de visite en balagne. Merci
