About this property

This holiday villa with private pool is located only 50 minutes from Malaga airport, about 15 min. From the beach and has stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and the coast of the Costa del Sol at Torre del Mar.
The house has total privacy and is equipped with all comforts and luxury.

The house is situated in the so-called "Campo" This means that a relatively small road going up to get to the house. The road is 95% asphalted. There is a little bit "off road". But takes all in all, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Marco and Lizet (our local Dutch speaking agent) are accessible at all times for you. They live about 20 minutes away from you. They meet you near the house to give you the last kilometer to accompany to the house and explain.

Casa ideal pero poco accesible

La casa es fantástica con todos los servicios y la atención muy buena. Lástima que el acceso es una carretera complicada, unos 3 km de curvas de montaña con camino muy estrecho. La Piscina estaba de color verde y no lo han podido solucionar. Por lo demás todo genial.

Cadre et villa magnifique , située dans la montagne le top . accueil chaleureux par Andy qui ne parle pas Français mais merci google traduction !..La villa n était pas préparée à notre arrivée , le mobilier extérieur sale , la piscine pas en fonction et l eau sale pendant 04 jours . Certains carrellage de bord de piscine sont près à se casser , il y a une citerne d eau enterrée d à peut près 7m3 !.. vide au bout de 02 jours . Livrée 01 jour après sans problèmes qui d après le livreur d eau durerait 01 semaine pour 04 personnes sans prendre de douche tout les jours , donc impossible de se servir du lave linge !..

Travaux à côté - insupportable

La villa est accessible par un chemin de 10/15mn en montée à travers la montagne -ultra raide et limite dangereux - il ne faut pas avoir le vertige - avec des enfants c’est effrayant pour eux. La villa a un emplacement et une vue agréable - néanmoins quasi impossible de rester dehors sur les transats ou à la piscine sans être agressé par les tonnes de guêpes du matin au soir. Insupportable. La villa voisine effectuée des travaux au marteau piqueur- nous avons alerté le propriétaire par l’intermédiaire d’Andy (qui est adorable et disponible au passage) mais sans retour ni aucune intervention pour ménager notre séjour. Si nous enlevons les travaux, les guêpes, la montée à la villa et les odeurs - nous aurions passé d’excellente vacances - dommage !! Dernière fois ça c’est sûr !!!

Skønt hus og fantastisk beliggenhed

Vi havde en skøn ferie i dette hus, med en helt fantastisk beliggenhed - rolige omgivelser, god udsigt og dejlige ude arealer. Vi blev taget godt imod af Marco og Lizet, og de kunne svare på de spørgsmål vi havde ang. vores ophold i huset. Der var lidt problemer med en håndvask som var sket ved tidligere gæster, men der fandt Marco en løsning som passede til vores behov. Poolen var godt rengjort og selve udearealerne var gode, her tænkes blandt andet på bruser/toilet udendørs. Som en anden har beskrevet er vejen op til huset med høje stigninger - man skal derfor være en erfaren bilist! Vi kan klart anbefale dette hus til andre gæster! Tak til Joffry😀.

Dejlig bolig i et roligt område med en forrygende udsigt både dag og nat

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, lækkert og velholdt hus, pænt rengjort, gode lokale, velfungerende AC, godt køkken med ordentligt udstyr, kontaktpersoner som var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Glimrende pool som også var meget ren. Der er en fabelagtig udsigt ud over bugten, nærmest som om man er i LA. En ting skal du dog være opmærksom på, nemlig at huset ligger i bjergene, og det betyder at der er meget smalle veje og meget kraftige stigninger, så man skal være en rutineret billist for at komme op til huset. Jeg ville være ked af at køre turen i min egen bil, det er dog utroligt hvad man kan byde en udlejningsbil. I forhold til indkøb er der mange og gode supermarkeder i byen nedenfor bjerget, men skal du handle stort ind så tag til det nærliggende indkøbscenter, hvor der bl.a er en meget stor Eroski. Centeret ligger tæt ved motorvejen i retning af Malaga, og kan faktisk ses fra huset. Huset kan klart anbefales !!
