Splendid location

I spent 4 wonderful weeks in the appartment in Las Palmas in April 25; location of the appartment is perfect; beach 2 mins, bus stop 2 mins, central bus station 5 mins, varios supermarkets nearby, lots of nice restaurants as well, the appartment offers all that's needed; description and photos are 100% correct; in addition to be noted that it is really very clean and indeed it is not noisy at all, neighbours are very quiet as well. What I really liked is that basic stuff is availabe (spices, paper towels, toilet paper etc.) Also Mara generously took care of changing sheets and towels. I can fullheartedly recommend this appartment for 1-2 grown ups.

Apartamento ATICO ALBAREDA Fabulosa para repetir.

Todo genial en el apartamento ATICO Albareda, perfecta localización, limpieza, muy bien equipado y la zona de la terraza es estupenda, camas muy cómodas y la atención de Mara fabulosa.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento centrale, dotato di ogni confort e pulitissimo. Mara host attenta e meticolosa. Parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nahezu genial wie man ein kleines Apartment mit wirklich allem ausstatten kann. Die Lage so nah am Strand mitten in der Stadt ist klasse, die sehr große Terasse zu dem verhältnismäßig kleinem Wohnraum ist ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
