3BR 2BA cabin in rural community of Historic Valle Crusis on 2+ acres. Pet friendly. Hot tub. Fireplace. Easy access. Main bedroom (queen) is on the main floor with sweeping views of the valley. Second floor has a bedroom (queen and twin) and the children's loft with two full beds, TV/DVD and closet full of games, puzzles, and toys. Lower lever has final bedroom (twin and twin bunk bed) and the "man cave" with large flat screen TV, blue ray, and bar. Washer and drier on lower level. Two decks provide relaxing spots to take in the views in specialized rocking chairs. Grill and hot tub accessible from the main level on the back deck. Fireplace on the main level provides relaxing entertainment. Please come enjoy our little piece of heaven.
Bring your own wood for the fire.
If there has been a recent snow, 4wd or front wheel drive with snow chains is necessary. The roads are state maintained and cleared. The neighborhood HOA has snow clearing.

Make sure you take all trash off the property (cannot be left in the outdoor bins or inside unless you agree to pay the cleaning company for trash removal service). The local dump is at 5400 NC-194.
Turn heat down to 60
Turn hot tub temperature down to 99
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash must be removed from the property upon check out. Directions to the local solid waste convenience center is provided.
4wd or front wheel drive with chains are needed if there has been a recent snow prior to snow clearing operations.
Loft beds restricted to 125lbs or less.

I have a beautiful 18 year old daughter who loves to travel as much as I do. We both love to come back to the cabin whenever we can.

Why they chose this property

My daughter and I found this cabin when she was only a few months old, and she picked it out! She will inherit the cabin someday, but in the meantime we both want to share the joy this home has brought us. Appalachian was the 1st word she could read, which speaks to her fondness of the area which is so rich in culture and untouched beauty.
