- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa on the south coast of Mallorca in a quiet area of Cala Pi, surrounded by nature. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms top floor (one en suite), one toilet on ground floor , kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. 
Air conditioning is now available in all bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. In the bedrooms you also have ceiling ventilators.
The spacious living room has a smart 48 inch TV. In the porch is a large table with eight chairs overlooking the garden with private pool. Ideal for families with children and couples older than 30 years old

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets
