This family holiday villa, facing the sea and Île des Vieilles, welcomes you for a sunny and relaxing stay. The villa is divided into two floors, with upstairs: a living room opening onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view, a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a first bedroom with a single bed, a second bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) (separated from the living room by a movable wall). A shower room and a separate toilet complete this floor.
On the lower level there is: a living room, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed + cot available, a second bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a shower room, a third bedroom with a double bed and washbasin, and a fourth bedroom with 4 single bunk beds and a shower room. All these rooms overlook the garden, which also offers a very pleasant view of the sea. The garden is equipped with a table and chairs for meals, a barbecue, and deckchairs.
Walking down the garden, you quickly reach the road that separates the house from the sea and a beautiful pebble cove with crystal-clear water.
By car, you can reach the centre of Agay in 5 minutes, where you will find all the shops, restaurants, snack bars, etc., as well as the sandy beaches.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
