All comfort, redone in 2016, modern and colorful decoration with a living-dining room with kitchen (new 2016) open to the living room with a bar. Ideal for 2 couples, 2 large bedrooms upstairs (20mª each) with a bathroom in each room (one with a bath, the other with a shower). Sea view from the room. South facing apartment with large covered balcony that enlarges the surface of the main room, ideal in summer, equipped with a garden for 4 people.

Location spacieuse et bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à La Rochelle, l’appartement est bien situé à quelques minutes du centre de La Rochelle en voiture et la plage des Minimes est facilement accessible à pied. L’appartement est au calme , spacieux et un parking gratuit est à proximité. Seul petit bémol, l’entretien et le ménage mériteraient davantage d’attention mais il faut dire que nous avions confirmer notre séjour à la dernière minute, la veille pour le lendemain.

L'affitto è andato molto bene, l'appartamento è comodo, funzionale e si trova in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. È vicinissimo all'oceano. Consigliamo l'appartamento!

Super Appartement très bien équipé !

Appartement très agréable bien situé offrant 2 belles chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain. Une belle terrasse a accueilli tous nos repas et la cuisine ouverte bien équipée est top ! Situé dans le quartier des Minimes, l’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied du port et à 30 minutes à pied du centre de La Rochelle. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

Beautiful place

We had a great time at this lovely apartment with wonderful surroundings. We enjoyed the sun, the sea and the port of La Rochelle is a beautiful place.
