The apartment is an elegant duplex that is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the magical Barrio Santa Cruz. This neighborhood has the most beautiful face in Seville. The streets tell stories that are repeated until today. The most monumental part with the Cathedral, the Alcaceres, the Pilatos Palace, El Salvador and the emblematic places will be in your hands. , restaurants and food, family activities, nightlife, public transport. It has everything, a fantastic pool with views of the cathedral, a typical Seville patio with fountains and plants very well preserved, maintaining itself as one of the most beautiful of neighboring houses in Seville. A roof terrace with views of the different steeples of the city's churches that will bathe your ears from time to time. A modern, cozy and elegantly decorated apartment. Good bathroom with excellent tub and shower. Correct operation of all appliances, cozy space, good views and location. My accommodation is ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and friends.Perfect to rest and when I want to enjoy the city go out and be close to all the emblematic places of Seville. It is a very comfortable and cozy dublex, elegantly decorated and with light. Pool open from June to September. It has a bedroom on the top floor and a quality sofa bed on the first floor, which is also perfect for 4 people with privacy.Possibility of parking but on request since we have 1 space for several apartments in the area (€ 17 per night).

Logement très bien situé. Ismael le responsable de l'appartement est très sympathique. Il nous attendait à l'appartement pour nous remettre les clés et a pris soin de mettre la climatisation avant notre arrivée car il faisait chaud. Bon equipment, propre et calme.

Do not stay here!

The unit is not as advertised. I specifically chose places with Air conditioning and this unit advertised they had one. We (family of 4 with 2 kids -8 yo and 9 yo) arrived to the unit with a temp of 45 degrees Celsius at 10pm. We played around with the temp gage to get the AC UNIT working, but to our surprise there was not one as advertised. I messaged, called, whatsapp the host multiple times, but there was no response. We have 2 young children, and they really suffered through the night at a high temp of 45 degrees Celsius. I asked for even a fan, yet the host ignored us knowing we had young children. I have never experienced such disregard for children's safety and health as I did 2 nights ago. We were to stay for 2 nights but left the next day. I am still waiting for Vrbo team lead to contact us to refund for at least half if not all of our payment. This host/company only want your money and once they get it, they ghost you. Vrbo should take them off their website to protect their customers.

Excellent Stay in Sevilla!!

My husband and I spent an entire month in this apartment and kept saying what a PERFECT place it was from which to experience life in Sevilla, Spain!! The location is truly PERFECT and we remain very glad we "lived" in Plaza Alfalfa area, 1/2 way between Las Setas & the River! The square is family-friendly & lively especially on weekends but the unit (a short walk away from the plaza) was quiet, serene and lovely!! The living room couch worked well as a bed for our adult son the week he visited. And the small pullout underneath would make this suitable for 2 children, if needed. The main bedroom and bath is up a circular staircase, which was just fine for the two of us senior citizens. :) Great shower pressure and pretty spacious bathroom. Kitchen had all we needed, including a washing machine. Clothes dried quickly on the rack they provided upstairs. Outdoor cafes in Alfalfa Plaza (La Estonia and Casa Manolo) quickly became our favorites of all in Old Town Sevilla - inexpensive, GREAT food! The Sangria Cava was DELICIOUS and only found here! Nearby Petra Restaurant was great for fancier meals but required reservations in advance! Cook your own meat at your table there on a hot stone!! :) The neighborhood Pan Y Piu bakery is AWESOME! Two grocery stores were between Alfalfa and our flat. The taxi stop is right there at Alfalfa. Seriously a PERFECT place and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!!! A downside was GETTING THERE at first, with 2 taxis dropping us off at wrong places (TELL THEM ALFALFA PLAZA, then walk) and without a working Spanish SIM card yet, I couldn't call for help. Our manager had left the apartment because we were so late to check in. A nice neighbor happened to see us, know him and connect us by phone so Marcio returned to check us in! Marcio is VERY NICE but the one negative is what I'd call a delay in responsiveness on the part of the landlord(s). I reached out to Marcio a few times with questions or needs. He was helpful when we did connect, but he mostly didn't notice my message or took several days to respond. When I messaged the company, Sevilla Servimiento, they NEVER responded to my messages while we were there. I was willing to keep trying until I did reach Marcio - and again, he was always very pleasant then. As long as you don't need constant support from your host while traveling, this place is really the ideal place to stay and we would ALWAYS recommend staying in Alfalfa, the heart of Old Town Sevilla!!!

Fantastic location, clean, well presented flat, helpful staff.

If only the roof pool had been open - mid October but still very hot! Also some seating on the roof would be wonderful! Then we would have given 5 stars. The central location is brilliant, lots of good tapas bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the tourist hotspots . Although the area is lively , the flat is in a very quiet building.
