Perfect Romantic 5* Studio apartment - Close to beaches on the edge of Dartmoor
The Ivy Lodge is located in the quiet suburb of Ivybridge, on the end of a private Cul-de-sac area on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park.
The studio apartment set within the South Hams and spoilt for choice for some of the very best South Devon beaches all nearby.
Our studio is a perfect space ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travellers.
Large choice of Pubs, shops and restaurants all within walking distants.
The studio has a flat screen TV with free view and DVD player. Ideal for coulpes with a king size bed.
The sofa is also a bed if required. The en-suite shower room has a toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fan oven, Electric Hob, Micro wave, Toaster and Kettle and all the utensils that you'll ever need to enjoy your stay.
There is free parking just outside on private drive.
All bedding and towels are provided for your stay.
You will have the use of a free WiFi connection.
We are located just 0.5 miles away from train station and park and ride.
High chair and Travel cot available on request. (small additional refundable deposit charged).
Just short distants from Plymouth. There's easy access to the A38 by car which can take you to Plymouth or Exeter and even into Cornwall. We are also on a bus route which can take you to Plymouth City Centre and Plymouth Hoe.

Our family have lived here since 2010 and have enjoyed all the area offers. Having recently built an extension to create a lovely one bedroomed self contained apartment, it has been sound proofed and totally refurbished to create a lovely private space with its own entrance.

Ivybridge has so much to offer set in the hart of the South hams with beaches and Moors all close by, with a train station 0.5mile away and public transport all on hand. There is a large selection of pubs bars and restaurants all within walking distants. Areas of outstanding natural beauty all on the door step.
What makes this property unique
Ivybridge Busy market town is the gateway to the moors – and is justifiably proud of its centuries old tradition of well-coming visitors.
Visitors are drawn by the diverse and interesting variety of independent traders and small businesses. The old adage ‘Whatever you are looking for, you will be certain to find here’ must surely have been coined with Ivybridge in mind.
