We had a great stay in the apartment.We were welcomed very friendly and felt at home. It's very close to the beach, supermarkets and museums. With the nearby buses you can also travel to a lot of cities/beaches on the island.

Vor der Anreise schon regen Kontakt gehabt um unsere Anreise so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Persönlicher und freundlicher Empfang von den Vermietern in der Unterkunft und gleich noch Tips für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel erhalten. Sie waren auch in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert, so das wir uns sehr wohl fühlten.

Tack för en härlig vecka. Nära stranden och stan. Bra utrustning för två personer. Det enda negativa var oljudet från gatan bitvis. Men med öronproppar löste man det problemet. Återkommer gärna!

Stadt und Strand zugleich

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und alles lief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt 150 m vom Strand entfernt. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind in der Nähe, ebenso wie die große Bushaltestelle Santa Catalina (knapp 10 min zu Fuß), von der aus man überall auf der Insel hinkommt. Supermärkte sind auch vor Ort. Einziger Nachteil: es ist eben Stadtleben und daher recht laut. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort

Nice flat near Canteras

Very well situated flat in Las Palmas. Only a short walk to the beach. The owners, Claes y Maria were very nice and friendly, helpful too. Always recommended. No better place place to stay in Las Palmas.

OK living with great location

The apartment is good, but a LOT of bugs in the kitchen which wasn't very nice. But aside from that, it was all good. Really nice location, close to the beach, food store and bus station (and one of the big shopping centres is just five minutes away). A bit disturbing with all the construction work going on in the area, but if you're away during the day (which most tourists are) you probably won't notice it. Great hosts, very friendly and welcoming.

Sauberes, perfekt eingerichtetes Appartement in toller Lage mit netten Vermietern

Das Appartement ist perfekt eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist genial, 2 Minuten bis zum Stadtstrand, der in Sichtweite ist, zentrale Einkaufsstraße mit Restaurants und Cafés direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe .Auch zum zentralen Busbahnhof läuft man nur 10 Minuten. Ein Nachteil,der sich aus der zentralen Lage ergibt, ist der Geräuschpegel, der bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht gering ist. Man ist halt Tag und Nacht mitten im Leben . Wir haben dies trotzdem sehr geschätzt.

Todo fue perfecto

El propietario es muy buena gente.. nos ayudó con todo que nececitamos :-) El apartamento es muy bonito, con la tele y cocina y todo es comodo.. Fue vacaciones increible :-)

Sehr sauberes Apartment, mit Balkon, viele Geschäfte in der Nähe und nur 2 Minuten bis zum Strand. Alle notwendigen elektronischen Küchengeräte vorhanden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
