Villa Jasmin, Apt A (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

This apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and private terrace and the other with twin beds, possible to put in an extra bed if necessary.
Bathroom one has a bath and over bath shower and a washing machine.
Bathroom 2 is en-suite with shower to the master bedroom.
The living room is very pretty with Smart TV with Spanish and UK Freeview channels, and superb sea views.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. All cutlery and crockery for a comfortable stay.
This apartment boasts two terraces. One leading off the kitchen with a table and chairs for relaxing with a drink or eating. Very private and has superb sea views.
The second terrace leads off the main bedroom and has a table and chairs and a sun lounger. Ideal for breakfast of reading the paper in the sun.
There is an iron and ironing board if you should need it.
Ideal for a family.
Outside:
Shared outdoor kitchen fully equipped with BBQ and dining area. Huge terrace area with shared pool with sun beds, seating and amazing sea views over Moraira and Calpe.

Es la segunda vez que he ido a la Villa Jasmin. Las vistas de la terraza son impagables. La casa es cómoda y la estancia agradable. ¡Ojalá hubiera podido estar más días! Además, la propietaria está siempre a nuestra disposición y es muy amable.

Incredible Views

Lovely apartment on top of villa. The views from the balcony were absolutely incredible with 180 degree views and I never wanted to leave it. The apartment could do with updating but adaquate. Kim was a good friendly host who responded quickly to any queries or requests. Would definitely recommend. I will be back.

My name is Kim Harris and I have 4 daughters. We have been living in Spain for the past 20 years and absolutely love it. The villa is owned by my family with stunning sea views which I and my family take care of , we do the cleaning, meet and greets, guest information and try and keep our guests up to date with all the restaurants, fiestas, local activities. We are in a quiet area but only a 6 minute drive from the pretty fishing village of Moraira, Calpe a little further and Javea too. Lots of Golf courses within a short drive. We love it here and are sure you will too. It has ample parking behind the villa via Carrer Colom 10.

Why they chose this property

My father purchased he villa nearly 45 years ago so we spent a lot of time here as children.

What makes this property unique

Each of the apartments are self contained with kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace. They all have sea views and look over the pool area. There is a shared outdoor kitchen, BBQ, ample tables and chairs for everyone to dine by the pool or on your own terrace. Huge terrace with shared pool and outdoor kitchen and bar area. You can also book all three apartments for a large family group holiday.
