This villa has plenty of space. It has an extra (2nd) kitchen on the ground floor. It has dining capacity up to 12 people inside as well outside around the swimming pool. It has 3 laundry machines and an additional laundry room. Downstairs it has a meeting room with pool table. It has super fast (fiber) internet and two televisions with channels from all over the world. It has two separate gardens, one around the swimmong pool and one separately with enough space for children to play. There are at least 10 chairs for sun bathing.
Nearby are (2min by car): Laguna village with two beaches: Puro Beach & Camuri Beach, the most famous beaches of the region. There is also a paintball facility, a possibility for buggy trips within 2-5 minutes of the residence. Puert Banus is at about 8 minutes with car .... With this residence you are in the middle of everything. For the Golfers this is the Walhalla: you are in between all the major Golf Facilities. Because of the spaces in the villa, families and friends can have a fantastic stay.

Pictures understate what is a wonderful and vast house! We 100% would come back and Kim was the most helpful and attentive host! Great location between Estepona and Marbella, 5 mins from the beach, less than 5mins from supermarket. 100% recommend!

Incredible villa in beautiful Estepona

This villa is wonderful. Inside it is spacious, beautifully furnished, cool, exceptionally clean with everything you could need. Outside is huge, with a beautiful pool, gorgeous dining area and gardens. We stayed with family and loved every minute. We had a car for our time at the villa which made trips in to beautiful Estepona very easy. The host is exceedingly helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend!

Grote, ruime villa. Ietwat verouderd. Zeer geschikt voor twee families. Prachtig buiten zwembad, verwarmd! Ruim bemeten. Goede lig bedden. Huis bood veel. Ligging maakt auto 100 % noodzakelijk. Geen urbanisatie maar klein dorpje .

Lovely Villa

Rented the property for an extended family break and was perfect for it. Loads of space, amazing views and lots of communal areas. The local beaches and restaurants are excellent.
