About this property

The apartment is located on the second floor of a private rural accommodation, part of the village of Talciona.
An external staircase takes us to the second floor of the building. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a double bed in the living area and 2 single beds in the mezzanine overlooking the living room. A terrace leads us to the outside terrace where you can dine or dine outdoors and enjoy a wonderful view of the valley in front of the structure. Leaving the apartment you enter the other side of the property where there is a common area with chairs and tables, a barbecue area and the swimming pool to be shared with the other 2 apartments but which, having a large outdoor solarium, you can enjoy discreet privacy. The pool has a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills ... and the following photos can testify to it! Come and visit us !!!

Dolce vita

Zalige plek, Marida is een schat, van het ruime balkon met schitterend uitzicht hebben we s’ochtends en s’avonds volop kunnen genieten (ontbijten, dineren en kaarten) en we hebben volop genoten van de schitterende omgeving waarvoor je best wat kilometers moet maken maar dat is overal in Toscane. Het zwembad is fantastisch inclusief uitzicht en de barbecue (Marida onderhoudt het prima!), je moet een beetje geluk hebben met de bewoners van het app bij het zwembad, die namen de boel bij ons wel een beetje over, was enig minpuntje. Maar verder top!!! Heel fijn appartement! (In de zomer zou ik aanraden met 4 personen, de 2 overige 2 bedden staan wel op een erg warme plek…)

Quite, Peaceful and Beautiful Terrace

Stayed here in mid-september and couldn't be happier with the choice. Talcione is only a few minutes out from Poggibonsi but you'd never know you were so close, as the area is so quiet and there are panoramic views from any window, not to mention the balcony. Everything was great, and wish we stayed longer than just a week.
