512 Camp Ney a Ti Rd., Guntersville, AL 35976: 2-b.r. one bath cottage; one queen-size, two single beds. Cable TV, free wifi. Stand-up, walk-in shower in modern bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen; no washer/dryer. Short .1 mile walk to boat launch, pier. Cabin rests at bottom of lovely slope with fruit trees. Climb to top of hill for stunning view of lake. Frequent visits by deer, eagles, other wildlife. Perfect getaway for rest, relaxation, fish, enjoy the outdoors.

Favorite pastime: sailing. Currently divide time between home in Huntsville, Ala., and secondary residence at Lake Guntersville. Launched my first boat in Lake Guntersville in 1961 at age 14. My grandfather built the 16-foot Windmill sloop for me.
Why they chose this property
Lake Guntersville has long been a favorite spot for me. I enjoyed boating and picnicking with my family here. I launched my first sailboat here in 1961. He built the 16-foot Windmill sloop for me. I love the peace, quiet and spectacular view here, as well as visits from deer, eagles, foxes and other wildlife.
What makes this property unique
Just a short walk to the boat launch and lake front. Friendly neighbors; quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Commune with nature. Fine for hiking, fishing, boating, relaxing. Screened porch provides comfortable seating. Climb the hill for a breathtaking view of the lake; or sit and watch the stars.
